For many days now Internet (fibre) on and off. I am depending on it while working from home. This is the worst ISP you can think of. I will leave them a.s.a.p.. Service is not existing.
Telkom sends SMS and warns you to switch you off. You have to select expensive fiber (I do have already). They do not call back. They do not respond to mails. I call them but they are totally incompetent. I need a line for my 93 year old mom (she cannot handle cell phones). Anybody knows a good VoIP provider who can manage number port? How can I get rid of Telkom? Must one go to these shops or is there another possibility. I rally have enough of Telkom "non" Service.
After placing the delivery order and had paid with Credit Card I was told that delivery takes 5-21 workdays! Well, it came have after 4 workdays and I was promised to be credited. Up to now: now credit, no answer to my mails, nothing. Do not order with these people! Next week I get my lawyer involved.
We signed a 2 years contract with Telkom for an iphone which now expires. We want no new phone now after this contract. Just to convert it to pre-paid. And that is what the Telkom call center asked us to do. E-mail Tekom mobile to convert.<br> <br> Try this an get totally frustrated. Telkom does not answer any emails!!!.
