I bought floor tiles which were on sale online on Sunday 22 Sept 2024 and paid on direct EFT, got confirmation that order was all fine. I'm feeling very betrayed in the fact that Builder Midrand was callled and confirmed that Wednesday the tiles will be delivered so we brought our tilers from Rustenburg, only to get a delivery of part of the order and told that the tiles will be delivered the following day, Thursday we were told that there were out of stock yet if I go online again I can actually order the same tiles. The tiles are not showing that there are out of stock???We queried this and were told that the tiles will be delivered on Friday afternoon then were now told that there is no car to deliver those tiles on Friday but will be delivered on Monday. Why all these up and down statements. Does it mean that Builders in Midrand do not have cars to deliver. The apartment is like 5 mins drive from Builders Carlswald . Why does Builders play with their clients like this? Do they not have a proper online stock management system to show availability? Now I have the inconvenience of Tilers sitting for days doing nothing only because of Builder!!!!!!!!!Please can you deliver the tiles ,I'm incurring costs because of this!!!!!!!!!!
I had my account disconnected on January 6 2022 asked both on app and messenger for my balance for compact bouquet and pvr effect and was told a balance of R608. After payment l sent POP on messenger the person said both decoders have been activated and talked about a special Multichoice is running. I didn't even put the message to much scrutiny but to the special they were talking about. l got disconnected again and asked for balance on WhatsApp and told R1316 to my shock l asked why that amount on Messenger at 1609hrs today, until now the person helping me is no longer anyway to ne found. She told me that l have 2 decorders both on compact. I was like how? Now they are blaming me for their mistake. Wherr did l give instruction to connect another unknown decorder. Till now no solution. I can't watch tv the whole week

I have had a terrible experience with Xoliswa Tini Properties, i gave them my flat to manage in 2017 and there were 3 different tenants which were exchanged. On handing over the flat, they looked for a handyman which i paid and they fixed all the things which were not in order but at the end i was asking for rentals which were always being paid late and the owner told me they were ending the contract. They left the flat in a terrible state with broken stove and many other things. The agent Lawrence told me I was the one who was supposed to fix the damages because its my flat and not his. Placing tenants without doing credit checks, not answering emails, screaming and shouting, lying. What an unprofessional company with rude employees.
I paid a ABSA beneficiary on Friday night, went to the branch at the enquiries desk to recall that payment, l filled in the form and told me that I received the reference number. . Which l received,that the recalling will not be definite, now I'm calling customer care I'm being told other stories that l didn't feel in the form, the form wasn't scanned back to them, it will be resolved in 2 weeks. Things l was never told on that counter. Why really aml paying for this prestige banker thing, there is no prestige service here...
Went to San Ridge Square branch to shift my current account to Prestige banking which l have been so hesitant to do for many years because of the higher fees. He saw the other lady was serving someone so he called me and asked what l needed help with.l told him he told me the Prestige banker was busy with someone else and will take 10 to 15mins so l just answered in a way which l was thinking of leaving he took the register wrote my name then he thought of helping instead of letting me wait. He gave me excellent and efficient service as if he was the Prestige Consultant.This was absolute prestige service from this Consultant keep it up Sipho!!! It's rare to spend such a short time in the bank for such a task. Excellent service!!!
After spending money for a meter taxi then Gautrain to Airport rushing through the gates and sweating, getting in the plain and only to be told there is a missing part to the aeroplane.what type of drama is that?
Have messaged the Facebook messenger almost 30 times and they still cant reactivate my account and went to thee extent of cancellation of another decorder not involved. Am so pissed off by Multichoice, high level of incompetence
Went in the PE branch just to do an ordinary internet banking limit increase but to my complete surprise l had to block the other people in the queue for almost a good 30 or 40 minutes.Its like my account was being recaptured afresh, signing forms etc even issuing a specimen signature again.I was seriously not happy after ?sking for a short while to go to the bank from my employer.<br> I'm already thinking of closing this account or maybe because l have declined the Prestige banking proposal after numerous calls , that's why I'm getting this punishment.<br> Im highly annoyed. <br> Finished typing this complaint and I'm still on this counter arrrgh
