I entered into a contract with XTP in February this year where they help manage my property in the South JHB. Every month I need to fight and write long emails demanding that they pay me the rental fees. The tenant pays well in time but I only receive the money mid-month. I still need to pay levies for the property (for which late payment results in penalties -- EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!) and I have to pay rates and taxes... I constantly have to remind them and the Agent always says they will give feedback and they don't.

Highly unprofessional. Had numerous issues with non assistance with these agents. Upon bringing it to the agents attention I was met with nothing but I unprofessionalism and sarcasm. I am bitterly disappointed. If there was an option to give them minus 20 stars I would

I leased a property from these people from the outset they were unprofessional and lied after I paid 6 months in advance rent. They didn't come and show me the flat and told me to collect the keys from a guy on the property which I assumed was the caretaker there was no checklist done but the guy took pictures of the damages. We had no remote for the gate and paid the guy R750 we were promised parking which were had to share which meant waking up and any hour to move our car We paid up front as we didn't want stress. The Dsrv was not working we contacted them and the agent at that time said we must sort it out our selves which I did. I told her the dish was rusted and we will be replacing she said it was OK. When our lease was up we contacted them and they said they sending there inspectors which we obliged as we barely lived there and the property was in the same condition as we recieved it. The inspectors advised us as we put the new dish there we could take it. The admin guy later said we should pay and I refused. They have been given us a whole lot of lies and false promises about our refund for over a month. To add to this they always in a meeting when I call I'm of Indian nationality my partner is Xhosa they speak to him and tell him these lies I feel the people are frauds liars and racist

I have had a terrible experience with Xoliswa Tini Properties, i gave them my flat to manage in 2017 and there were 3 different tenants which were exchanged. On handing over the flat, they looked for a handyman which i paid and they fixed all the things which were not in order but at the end i was asking for rentals which were always being paid late and the owner told me they were ending the contract. They left the flat in a terrible state with broken stove and many other things. The agent Lawrence told me I was the one who was supposed to fix the damages because its my flat and not his. Placing tenants without doing credit checks, not answering emails, screaming and shouting, lying. What an unprofessional company with rude employees.

My brother moved in one of Xoliswa Tini properties on the 1 May 2018.Put in his notice on the 30th August 2019 when he was paying rent for S3ptember 2019 that end of September he will be moving out.He moved out on the 14th of September and was told to wait seven days after month end for his deposit. It has been more than seven days but the landlord lady Rose is giving him the run around. He has never been late on rental and has receipts to prove it.He bought electricity and left the flat in good condition. Now today this lady is asking him to write an email stating why he moved and i am failing to understand how any of that has got anything to do with his deposit. Is this the processes that are follwed by this company when people request their deposits? What if it is personal and confidential reasons? Does this now mean if he does not state it in the email he will not get his money back.I am deeply dissapointed and will not rest untill this is known by the relevant people. When i called the head office they said the landlord was suppose to go and request a deposit which she has not done 25 days after my brother moved out because he left before end September.
