Harassed and threatened by MiWay
I have received sms'es from MiWay instructing me to pay them directly for an accident caused by their client and they have threatened to repossess my assets and send me to court if I don't pay them. This is despite me having my own active insurance and being covered for 3rd party claims. Why am I being told to take ownership of an accident caused by their client who skipped a non-working robot and failed to brake? Why am I being harassed and threatened by them? Why is this matter not being directed to my insurance?

The worst service EVER!!!!
I entered into a contract with XTP in February this year where they help manage my property in the South JHB. Every month I need to fight and write long emails demanding that they pay me the rental fees. The tenant pays well in time but I only receive the money mid-month. I still need to pay levies for the property (for which late payment results in penalties -- EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!) and I have to pay rates and taxes... I constantly have to remind them and the Agent always says they will give feedback and they don't.

Bad service and poor customer care
I applied to have fiber installed at my place since 23 March 2021 ... it's 06 May 2021 and still no response and no feedback. I am instead given Service Request numbers which they don't even follow up on. Vumatel and Vodacom are giving bad service. An entire month to get internet or to be activated??

Vodacom Fibre _ PATHETIC SERVICE
The Vodacom Fibre Service has been pathetic. I have called several times initially requesting them to relocate my router to a more central position in the house, till this day nothing! I ended up buying an extender. Additional Costs to me which will never be reimbursed. On Monday, 11/01/2021 I called Vodacom telling them that I'm experiencing connectivity issues and after proving beyond a reasonable doubt that my account is not owing, and needless to say, its Thursday and there has been no call back, no Techncian assigned to my case, NOTHING!! I'm appalled, service is pathetic, no sense or urgency, call centre agents aren't helpful they sont even follow up with clients!
