I Booked at ride from 11229 Phuthi Daveyton at approximately 8:13am for 2 passengers. On arrival the driver said because I have 2 medium size suitcases and 2 handbags I should of requested a bigger care or must pay extra. When hearing this I said that he must cancel the trip. Very rudely and with an attitude he said "is that the solution" and took off in a speed. Is this paying for luggage the norm for bolt drivers to charge for bags like an aeroplane. My STB keeps rebooting until 98% then software failed .which platform can assist .as on WhatsApp I received a reply stating to unplugged LNB and power supply and recconect which I did with no joy .your Facebook platform does not work as there is no one answering .your landline keeps us on for over 2 minutes with irrelevant information then cuts off when holding for a consultant.Is openview grown too much to treat the customers with the same care the used to or are they becoming as bad as DSTV which are loosing customers because of this
My mum sim card has an issue. I went through to a Cell C outlet to try and get help. I was told this is a blue label. I have never heard of this before. And was directed to Edgar's. Edgar's Says they can't help as I need to call blue label. My mums 86 years old and lives alone she has airtime on her sim but cannot use it. Please assist Her nbr is 0745123765. But this nbr has no service for the past month. Please call me so we can resolve this. I have bought a new sim card for a sim swap which cell C advised me to do.

My medical aid was terminated on the 28th of February 2023 and cancel further debit orders. But now this month I was debited on Monday the 5th of June 2023. I don't understand what is the issue. I called on Monday and was told to send my bank statement which I did. I was told the reverse will be done same day. I recieved acknowledgement of my email then yesterday I received an sms advising money has been received and will be allocated to where as my membership is terminated. I just was my money returned immediately
