It appears once again that Discovery Health Vitality IT Systems have been compromised. How is it possible for a **** to have my contact details and threatening to cancel my Vitality Points. Then try and contact Discovery, no response. Where is FICA or is this an inside job.
This company is a total ****, under no circumstances should you ask question @ R 15.00. You will then find you have also been debited with R500.00 membership fee, Shirley this is an ******* ****.
Do not ever use this online platform, placed an order on line, on 28 November 2021 eventually received 7 Feb 2022. Beware when told to place order before registering A/C, then asked to pay EFT into Musika online shopping. When tracing order you have to proceed to register with Manicaa again then prove you have paid . Then you wait and this is for a groin support. Take a Lot took 48 hours for the same product. BUYERS BEWARE.

I have been trying for the last 4 years to use my points either by purchasing a ticket outright or by purchasing a ticket and upgrading.<br> <br> I defy anyone to log onto BA website and be able to use his/her points, or even to find an available flight where you can use Avios points as they proudly advertise.<br> I have resorted to nominating a Travel Agent to act on my behalf. See TA Below......<br> <br> \I have chatted to British Airways and they are pretty strict! They will not give me any info on your BA Executive Avios number as I am not a nominated assistant on your card.<br> <br> They would however tell me the following:-<br> 1. In order to use your points to upgrade to business class you need to purchase a premium economy class ticket return.<br> 2. My wife and I stopped at Riviersonderend on the way home to Port Alfred. Having had coffee and something to eat we proceeded on our journey only to find while we filled up in George that my wife had left he handbag on the chair in the coffee shop. We phoned Oumeel, who acknowledged they had the bag. We then arranged for someone to collect the bag a week later. Before we could phone back to tell them of the arrangement. They phoned us having traced my wife's number through the bank. The short of it is that there was almost R5000 in the bag, and a few hundred in the purse. Not a cent had been removed, infact a note was left stating how much was in the purse and then in the bag. All Cards, Drivers Licence, ID were kept safely until collected.<br> <br> Our sincerest thanks to the management and staff.
