Every year I take my family to Club Mykonos! In our opinion its the perfect family resort. Something to entertain all ages, safe and incredibly beautiful. A year ago there was a hiccup with our booking. Like a baby I threw a tantrum. In steps Mr Henco Lotz... He resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. all while handling an irate client with professionalism and grace. Since then I get personalised phonecalls with dates he know my family and I go on holiday to notify me of preferred units availability. During our stays he always checks in to see if there is anything he can assist or make better! We will return 10 000 times until this man one day retires! PS service is now one of the main reasons we keep going back!
Werner Labuschagne! From this person I have received the best service imaginable! When I signed up he helped me. When I moved he helped me. When I struggled with connectivity he helped. Day and night this guy makes himself available. He is efficient, friendly and professional. You guys need to take care of this man! He takes great care of your clients
On Sunday my phone was ******. I immediately did a simswop and reported my phone is ****** so that cell c can blacklist the phone. I needed to do this so my insurance can replace my phone. Quite an urgent matter as I do 99% of my work via cellphone. I was advise that the ITC number could take up to 48 hours. Now this was sunday 13 August 2023. It is now wednesday 16 August 2023. When i phoned in at 12 mid day i was advised that the matter should have been resolved and that it was being escalated and I should have resolution within 2 hours. At 15:40 when I phoned in again the call centre just loops at to speak to a consultant press 9. I have been a loyal Cell C client for years and years. This really ****es me off. Every day that I cannot do my work I lose thousands and thousands of rands.
I have been with FNB for more than 10 years. Went through a rough patch a few years ago where we lost everything. Needless to say some loans went unpaid for a few years. Rebuilt our lives and with no lawyer threats i settled every sent owing to FNB. All my accounts are in good standing and with my new business i am pushing 12 to 15m a month through fnb. Which i think is substantial. Here lies my problem. FNB refuses to talk to me. I have requested that someone call me and i have waited and waited and waited. The risk department seems to have no humans. Private bank keeps referring me to risk with my specific problem. And no one will talk to me. I have phoned, emailed, messaged on the app, begged and pleaded for them to contact me. Nothing. FNB doesnt care about me or my business and to top it all off… after all of this. I just received a stupid letter of demand for R140.00 for a business account that was closed 3 years ago. Well done FNB for alienating your clients who stayed loyal. Paid everything they owed without you having to harass them and sent you R100m worth of annual business. All of that and YOU as a bank refuse to have a conversation with me. I will be moving to another bank tomorrow. Thanks for nothing
