I have been contacting the Educor Damelin for months now trying to get student history information for my self and getting no assistance. I got directed to Tarryn Zank absolutely no response from her then I got directed to her manager Bavna Bothath and she directed me back to Tarryn still no response at all,i have sent 10 e-mails. Customer cair is amazing but they can do only so much.
I have been requesting my Marks statement for more than a month now with no feedback from Damelin. I have sent several e-mails and I have only received 1 response a month ago.
For more than a month I have been requesting a marks statement from Damelin, I received one mail from them with the person responsible copied and after several follow up mails I have not received one response.
It's almost been a week and after I received a response from Vodacom and no call or nothing. Vodacom does not believe in any kind of customer service at all it seems. What a shame such a good company down the toilet.
This will be my 5th review regarding the same problem. We have a 20mbps fibre line that we pay for but since the new router was installed we have not had more than 11 mbps if we are lucky. I have sent e-mail, speed tests and SP numbers and nothing. VODACOM BETTER SORT THIS BULL**** OUT OR WE WILL CANCEL ALL 4 CONTRACTS DUE TO BREACH OF CONTRACT FROM THEIR SIDE. VODACOM HAS GONE DOWN THE TOILET WHERE IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok 4 message now and a Facebook review and still no feedback or assistance from Vodacom. We have major Fibre issues I have sent speed tests and emails on numerous occasions and Vodacom just turns a blind eye. I will be sending bad reviews on this platform till I get assistance.
We have been experiencing majour speed problems on our Fibre since the new router was installed and vodacom does not resolve the problem, they are looking for excuse after excuse.
We have been experiencing the worst service from Voda om with our Fibre, not meeting contractual line speeds and since we received our jew router issue appon issue that does not get resolved.
I have been a customer at Vodacom for 23 years and never has the service been this bad, my fiber went off on Monday during the day and up till today it has not been sorted out. I work from home and need to buy data now, my neighbor has Vodacom fiber and his line is on. I phoned Vodacom Monday 3 times trying to get the problem sorted with no positive outcome and I was told a tech will be sent ou but still nothing yesterday I phoned again and gave reference number and suddenly there was no trace of Monday's call. I'm going for day 3 with no fiber when will we get the old Vodacom back the service is horrible.
Our fibre has been off for more that 2 weeks a fault in the line due to telkom installing fibre and telkom reported the fault to vodacom as well and still no reaction or action has been taken we work from home and now we have to struggle for Internet access.
