Tamzyn Loganathan you are the best. I am so glad that you work at First Exchange, I was battling for weeks to get a place in Sodwana Bay lodge and could not find anything on website. This is what I call service she helped me immediately and my week is booked that we want to go and scuba dive. Please First Exchange you cannot work without such an excellent lady in her job, kudo's to you Tamzyn Loganathan you are the best. Give her an increase in salary people like her is not every where to be found. I am the most happiest customer ever. Sarah Richards.

Defy not helping serivice sucks!!! No e-mail address for them!
I am very sorry to say this but the service sucks. I bought a new double door F740 fridge on the 2nd May. It worked for 8 day, had a battle to get service department to get s tech. To come and solve the problem. They was there for 5 minute, brand new fridge gas pipe broken fixed it and put gas in. They were the for 5 minutes. Fridge started to work but refrigerator side stayed warm. On the 18th it stopped working. Ot is the 26th today still not sorted. I lots everything in fridge and freezer twice now. Now i was told Venessa Kotze will contact me. I spoke with a Jonathan, Phindile, Salome, Sibiso, Luvono, Lefono. The last person Buso. I sm very upset. The should have swopped it imediatly for another double door in my view. Call centre no. 0861003339
