Not accepting bank statements proof of residency as per FICA rules. Transfering money thru ShopRite Money market is like impossible, proof of residency has to be only Municipality letter head which can be forged by Nigerian ****mers as some municipality use hand written papers.. worse you pay for money transfer service & bank statement are much secure than municipality proof of residence. Why would shoprite not accept bank statements or bank related documents on money transfers ?
Inappropriate Operating Times on the Website as shop closed 30 minutes before time. Agents travel from far only to be sent back without a purchase from the sales counter as shop are said to be closing 30 or 45 minutes before advertised times on website .

Worse nightmare on contracts with Vodacom - sales call center agent quotes you contract prices & customer verify that they are inclusive of vat - come billing time they add vat on what was quoted to inflate charges to customers. next they announce a price increase on newspapers of 4.5% average , Customer verify & call center verify this increase on call at 5% fixed on the call & boom Vodacom billing doubles the increment to 11% on your contract saying its the plan increment, how so as me the customer never agreed to 11% increments that is not even near inflation. Worse night mare telecoms scandalous company. I agreed on prices over the phone & need to be charged those agreed amounts not what Vodacom wishes to charge & rob customers for their greed. I was cancelling all the contracts with Vodacom only to be given unreasonable & 2 ****mer deals disguised as price increments with 11% increments. What I agreed on call with the agent is exactly what i will pay Vodacom.
Vodacom is now pickpocketing customers..they sign your for R250 only to be charged vat including that contract amount? Signed my home wifi on R300 December 22 only to be charged almost R500 now for the contract in 2024, why are customer not given the exact price including the vat Cancellation of my 0791284 contract not going thru as system rejects the cancellation. Queries on Woolworth Account charges not given..I have a Woolworth Account and used it to purchase a phone on 4 months interest free financing.. Woolworths has added fees of about R400 that is not explained & no statement is given to me monthly. I walked into East Rand mall to query this & was given their telephonic consultant who made it impossible to get my query Tru as she wanted an address that I was not sure what address I used to open the account as someone who has changed jobs several places. identity was verified by in-store buy still the telephonic lady refused due to address. All I want is an explanation how the account had the extra R400 added on my account? Please help me there as Woolworth doesn't send us statements
Awaiting authorization from Umvuzo is a nightmare, this medical scheme is failing the patients..been calling the 7 times, writing them on emails with no email response, WhatsApp is not attended to just to have their clinical consultant running on patients after 5 pm they are not available.. this is treason and deprivation on health right for clients. I am tired as every script has to take a week to be authorized at patients expense which is the worse than government.
Bought an electric mower & line trimmer combo online to pick it at Midrand Builders on 24 December on Order 2021332402. Picked up the order on 6 Jan & asked online why boxes were sealed with cellotape. Took my boxes & shipped then on courier guy to Schoemansdal at home. Got Home on 27 Jan and opened the boxes only to find the line trimmer was used and had a red sticker with Redirected. Why sell a used item rejected by another customer to me. With all the shipment who is to pay for the return back for exchanging this Line trimmer? Garden department of Midrand Builders Warehouse please sell me a new trimmer that I paid for not another customer rejected item.
