The broker was good I am not sure what happen. May month I received renewal policy schedule, I was paying R1300 premium for my Santam insurance, new policy schedule reflect R1900 premium, 2 days down the line I received revised policy schedule reflect R1800 still I ask them to explain what is the reason for this huge increase, claims it is partly cause of the increase but it can not be 80% increase. Now to the broker I have notice there's a element of arrogance when I want answers, last week I send them quotes from other insurances with reasonable premium with same what Santam offers. instead of them to Santam they question me about the claims. sansure brokers I don't.......
We own the property that is situated at Greenfields in Lwandle, Erf31525. We relocated to Kuilsriver in 2013 April. We rented out that property, begining on September 2016 Mr. Ishmail Smith approach us wanted to buy the Property we agreed. Mr. Ishmail Smith told us upfront that his employer (Keoni Properties PTY LTD) will purchase the property on his behalf. On the 30 September 2016 we made an arrangement for signing the Dead of Sale, we agreed on the price of the property then in 2016 was R150 000. In our meeting Mr. Malan the Lawyer confirm that the duration for property transfer it normally takes 3 - 6 months, my question I ask him if the transaction did not happen in the motioned duration we will be able to cancel the sales or pullout from the deal. Mr Malan's verbal response was YES you will you are welcome to cancel the deal it is on the dead of sale, not knowing that Mr. Malan twisted the SUSPENSIVE CONDITIONS clause to be in favour of his client KEONI PROPERTIES. After we signed the dead of sale, Carlos Anselmo from Keoni Property ask Mr. Malan in Afrikaans "het jy daardie bepaling van skorsing verander, soos ek jou vra?" we did know that Carlos was referring to this dead of sale. On the 12 March 2017 we received an email from Carlos requesting electricity, beetle and plumbing certificates, we submitted that. On the 13 March 2017 we responded and follow-up how far the process, Mr. Malan the Lawyer responded same day at 4h12pm his respond I quote: "As I explained before, we at MLV cannot do anything further, without City of Cape town, we regularly follow-up on City of Cape town attorneys. On the 27 February 2018 at 9h20am received an email, conversation between Riana Geldenhuis and Christine Louw Duplessis was in afrikaans, we seek that clarity Riana was not interested to tell us what the email was all about. on the 11 December 2018 we send an email to MLV, Carlos notifying them that we want to withdraw from the deal, it seems was we were promised will not be fulfilled. It is when we learnt that we will not be able to pullout from the deal, we took the dead of sale to our friend who are the lawyers they show us and interpreted Suspensive Conditions it reads as follow: THIS TRANSACTION IS SUBJECTED TO THE PROPERTY BEING TRANSFERRED FROM CITY OF CAPE TOWN TO THE SELLER OR HIS PREDECESSOR WITHIN 6 MONTHS AFTER SIGNATURE HEREOF, OF SUCH EXTENSION AS THE PURCHASER MIGHT GIVE IN IT'S SOLE DISCRETION, BY FAILURE WHEREOF THIS TRANSACTION SHALL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED AND BE NULL AND VOID." On the 29 March 2020 at 10:09am we received an email from Elize Olivier MLV with new dead of sale reason they were trying to get shortcut, we review and change the wording of Suspensive Condition, unfortunately they did not agreed on the changes. Reason for this review we wish to get solution on this matter, only thing we want it is to pullout from this dead of sale. Secondly it is clear that MLV Attorneys are only having the interest of Whites never the less it is their freedom.
Yesterday 26 May 2022 I went to Melomed Hospital Belleville, after I notified that my brother Thembisnkosi Sybokwe admitted at Surgical ward. It was 16h59 when I arrived to the hospital, the security officers told me the visiting time has passed, I told them I came to see my brother I am not any person, the phone the Sister in - charge unfortunately Sister in - charge refused to let me in, I insisted to the extent I ask the security officers to accompany me to the ward. I met Sister Monique Julies who is Sister in - charge, when I looked around the ward I find that there are people who visited their relatives, I wondered what happen, I read between the lines the bad treatment it is faced to black people, because those people are coloured people. Sister Monique Julies claim that they are busy while they don't have time to entertain me, I said to her Julies listen here we are talking about my brother here, she told me I can go wherever I want to she don't care. Eventually I went to my brother, he was complaining about the treatment also and other issues need to address to the Dr Visser like his right eye, I went back to Julies in the intention to find out this thing of eye when it started, Julies told me it is none of my business. It is strange in 2022 there are people who don't accept the transformation as special public servants, it is clear Monique Julies who hold Sister in - charge position in Melomed she's not fit to be in medical institution, our people are in a risk, she's not capable to be a nurse or medical officer. As the results my brother lost his appetite, his was only drink fluids.
After we review household finances we decided to terminated some of the contracts we have security system, bin cleaning etc. ADT was our service provider since 2013 August. Mid 2019 I contacted them to terminated their services they decrease the premium, in 2021 September 3 again I contacted them for same purpose they refused to do so, they request me to send email I have done that. After I send the email their response was that "the consultant will contact me" for what I don't know. December 15, 2021 debit order go off of which I did not authorised this debit order, today, 7 Jan 2022 I received statement of R602.90 of which I am not sure what they want. I do not know why it is easy for ADT to sign up the client then it is very difficult when client terminate the contract, I feel ADT treat me unfairly. I don't think this is fair.
On the 25 September 2021 around 10h45pm I was involved in accident, thank you Santam for the quick response and act accordingly. Santam ensure we get accommodation, car hire everything organised within an hour, got calls from Santam every 30minutes to ensure that we are safe. Following day we continue with our journey. Monday 27, 2021 got email from Ms. Charlene Gous inform me that assessor has been appointed name of Mawande Isaac Guma. When I call him woow what a service from Mr. Guma, thank you Mr Guma for your professional and the way you approach your workload. Thank you to Ms. Gous for your advice and wisdom to other aspects related to legal matters. Today my vehicle it is solid well repair by Mossel Bay Penal Beaters without Santam, Mr Guma and Ms, Gous maybe today my vehicle will not attended. I am super happy with service.
On the 16 September I bought a 3pcs suit from Hola Fashion Suit Bar size36, they are situated 101 Jeppe & Small Str. Johannesburg CBD 2000, their contact number: +27604139308. On the 20 September suit delivered via courier, when I fit in this suit it was literally small, I call send them pictures to show them what happen at 18h19 they did not respond. On the 21 September I call them I told them your suit it is a small make, I send it back to you, when you receive it please refund me. At 11am I courier back the suit to the address, I pay the courier for send the suit back to Hola Fashion. When I ask for the refund, they refused they told me I can exchange for a bigger size. Even then I agree to take a bigger size, now my problem they ask me to deposit R100 in order for them to send me another suit, I ask they about the R100 I pay to send back the small suit they drop the phone. Till to date I am still waiting Hola Fashion Suit bar to send the suit.
15 July 2019 booked my car for service and noise that was coming from the engine, later afternoon same day person called Faddie Abrahams called told me what is the cause of the noise. Immediately I told him to call M-Sure where I have an extended warranty. Faddie sent quotation to M-Sure that was amounted to R31 720.63. M-Sure sent assessors, Assessors report came with R 18 000 for everything Labour + Parts. After 3 weeks without car, on the 4 Oct 2019 I had to fight with Faddie for my car to be done. Faddie told me I must pay an extra R11 331.89, I had to pay it because I need the car. After this exercise I feel Barons CPT VW overcharged me for something that it was covered by my insurance, yes I do understanding that the service it was an separate issue still changing oil etc was not supposed to be charged based on fixing of gearbox and exhaust manifold. Two issued Baron VW overcharged, paying twice for something that insurance paid for.
Yesterday, 17 July 2018 I want to change my wife micro sim to Nano sim, Cell C charge R119 while vodacom change nothing for this service. We end up not doing it. She still have the sim card it is not like she don't have it, why customer need to pay converting sim card.
