I will never, and I mean never, recommend or buy another car from this company. Defects of the car I purchased was not disclosed. They will lie and make false claims to avoid accountability. Disgusting service!!!!!

I just received a call from MTN about a Huwawei promotion running. Firstly, coming from a customer service background, you should ask me if I have a minute to speak to you and also introduce yourself. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Secondly, I was nice enough to say no thank you, I already have a contract with you. To which this WOMAN answered by hanging up the phone on me. I am DISGUSTED with the lack of respect you show your loyal customers (10 years +) and I actually feel like cancelling my contract RIGHT NOW! What right do you have to treat people like this???? I EXPECT a telephonic apology from this woman immediately... you can find out on your side who she was and trust me, I have no issue taking my business to VODACOM!!!! She could not even pronounce the name of the cellphone properly!!! If you are going to call me to sell me anything, at least know your product for goodness sake!!! VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
