I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance, Trayhan Lewis had provided me with a prompt and helpful assistance and he made sure that I was safe when my car wouldn't start. He even followed up after the road assistance had arrived and fixed the issue I was experiencing. I grateful 🙏

Bad Service and horrible attitude
I am so appalled by the service that my mom received for Progas Isipingo, When she needed the gas to be installed for the first time they were willing to assist and they also indicated that they do deliver if and when the gas need to be re-filled/or another cylinder. I fill that they have double standards because they were able to come to install and deliver and new gas, rude and obnoxious not considering that she is their customer and that she is elderly. We felt discriminated because of where we live at Umlazi which is neighbouring township of Isipingo. I'm so digested by the service SHAME by the the horrible attituded by Daphne she was so RUDE.

Excellent customer service experience
My experience with Technostar Durban branch was outstanding, with an outstanding customer service experience from Roseanne Maharaj, I applaud her she must keep up the good work

RAM hand to hand Couriers useless company ever and liers bad customer service
RAM hand to hand Couriers, there service is disgusting and they and lies, I have tracking for my package since it was dispatched on the 26 May 2020 and I had received an sms and an email. Again on the 29th May 2020 I got an sms saying that my package was on the way to be delivered to my residencial address, later that day when tracking online it was saying unable to deliver, later that night status changed to "unable to deliver unavailable at address and no contact number". These people are liers, I was at home the whole day and to top it all it was full house. What annoyed me was they say my area was high risk of which that's BS they whole KZN is high risk and their warehouse is located at the most high risk areas in KZN..... RAIN must stop using these people for services because they are useless would not recommend it for future use.
