I logged a request for a cancellation of my order at 8.59 03/12/2025 and was given a ref no. I received a sms at 14.57 to say my complaint has been resolved successfully but nothing has been done and my account has not been credited. I tried phoning their 086 3 times and held on for over 10 minutes each time and did not get to speak to anybody. I reached out to their online chat and was informed the refund has not been processed and can take 14 days. This is totally unacceptable. There is no reason with todays modern technology that it should take 14 days for a refund, my case is has been closed so nobody is going to bother. The customer service again that I was chatting to online just ended the chat after I told her clearly they don't care about their customers or customer service. I will not wait 14 days, they did not wait 14 days for my payment. Legal actions seems to be the only way this is going to get resolved.

I sent Wesbank a email on the 19/08/2025 and as of today 22/09/2025 I have received NO response. This is now about my 4th email to service@wesbank.co.za that has received no response. I have requested a simple answer as to why I can't upload or edit the picture on Website or app. This is not the 1st time I have had zero response to my emails, in the past I have requested information etc. and got no reply. What is the point of giving a email address if nobody responds. What is going on with this company, do they think they are above their customers. I am a long standing customer, but the lack of service is making me think of moving my business, seen they don't need the business or customer anymore.
I purchased the item WIZORD 4 PCB from the this company on 05/05/2025. I received the item on 07/05/2025. I notified the supplier the same day that the item does not work and requested a refund. I was informed by the supplier that I need to ship the item back to them and my expense and that when they receive the item they will check if it in the same condition as it was sent and then will either approve my refund or not. I arranged for the courier to collect the item on 08/05/2025 and confirmed that they did in fact receive the item in its original box and condition. I was informed that they need to send it to the technical team to inspect which will take place on 09/05/2025 and that it will take 1-2 days to complete. I sent correspondence via WhatsApp and email 12/05/2025 on the progress on the refund and was informed that it needs to be inspected still. I sent correspondence via WhatsApp and email 13/05/2025 on the progress on the refund again and received a rude response below. Good day. Just so you know, we only process refunds once we receive the report on it. And please note the refund will be processed within 7 days of the return finalization. so there is no need for any rush. To which I responded. It has been more then 2 days, easy for you to say no rush I am out of pocket for almost R1700 for over a week. I am sure if this was your money you would not be so easy going about it. It has been more than a week since I made the purchase, and I am getting no where with this company. I feel that they are trying everything not to refund me. STAY AWAY!
1. I have been trying to change my email address on my account\smart shopper\clothing. This has proven a impossible task. I have change the email address on the app and online through as many web pages that I could find. I receive a OTP and sms saying the email address is updated yet the wrong email remains. I held on for 30 min per telephone on Monday and was bounced from department to department and eventually just gave up and hang up the call. 2. I place a online clothing order on Monday I have had no correspondence in connection with my order. The status remains processing, I have send numerous online queries and all I get is the same answer " the order is in a picking queue", it is stated in numerous areas that delivery is 3-5 business days. Tomorrow is 5 days and order is still in processing. I get a response from my query and soon as I reply to the response, silence. I have now sent a online request to cancel my order and refund me, SILENCE!!!
I ordered coils and was sent a DNA screen worth 1/4 of what I paid. When I contact Sean - The Vape Den he said he would refund me via SnapScan. I spoke to SnapScan and they mentioned this is not possible because it's not an available option. I was the told by Sean that the refund will be processed and it will take 2 days. Then I was told it would be in my account the morning of 02/03/2023. When I did not receive anything I posted a bad review. I was told that I mentioned to SnapScan that I was going to reverse the payment with my bank, which I NEVER did. I was then questioned "Do I know how banks work" and then told "I am done with you, we will do this the traditional way." Clearly a run a round and when he ran out of excuses he turned to this. BE WARNED.....!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! WAS SEND A ITEM THAT I DIDN'T EVEN ORDER. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE OWNER TIME AFTER TIME, DAY AFTER DAY, JUST TO BE TOLD ONE LIAR AFTER ANOTHER A WEEK AFTER MY ORDER AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND, THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN MY ACCOUNT IN THE MORNING, BUT MORNING NEVER COMES. WILL BE OPENING A CASE OF FRAUD AGAINST THE COMPANY AND IT'S OWNER
If I could I would give this company - 1 million star rating. I had a parcel dropped off in Pretoria on 02/07/2020, as so proudly advertised you will get your parcel the next business day by 12. What this company fails to mention in what century. It is 07/07/2020. I still have not received my parcel. I have received parcels from overseas quicker then this company delivers. Nobody bothers to answer your emails, support requests etc. Worst company I have dealt with for many many years. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
