I have a policy with Prosper Funeral Solutions for the past 5 years. My policy is up to date, however I made a claim on the 28th July for my brother's funeral, till to date, I haven't received the payout. I had to make a loan to cover my brother's funeral expenses. I've sent them numerous emails and dont even bother responding. I wouldn't recommended them, especially in your time of need. I'm really disappointed and I hope they will send my money to settle my debt. Alice Madida
I was booked online to renew my drivers license at Roodepoort Traffic Department on the 29th Jan 2019.It literally took me 15 minutes to complete the process and attain a temporary license.I was extremely impressed, Thank you for a job well done.
On the 17 December 2015, I bought a jumping castle and 30 wimbledon chairs for R9600 online, which were on special from DN Equipment in Western Cape. I was promised that delivery would be made in 2-3 days. Till to date the merchandise have not been delivered. I called the company several times to enquire on the matter, and they promised to check their records and get back to me. I have not received any response from them, they are now avoiding my calls. I have forwarded my proof of payment, but still with no luck.PLEASE AVOID BUYING FROM DN EQUIPMENTS, THE COMPANY IS A HAUX!
I bought a 7 piece cast iron cookware from Groupon. The pot lids came off before they could even complete 2 months from the date of purchase. I'm highly disappointed because, I bought them thinking they were of the highest quality. I sent a complaint to Groupon, and they requested me to forward pictures of the pots,to take it up with the supplier, of which I did. Till to date I have not received any response.
