Bad experience at Vodacom shop Malelane.
When visiting your shop in Malelane today (20/9/'24) for advice regarding a problem with WhatsApp for my grandson's cell phone (my old phone given to him, with a new Vodacom sim card), we were assisted by Lucas (0792544138). He advised me to first download the 'Share it' app to transfer my WhatsApp from mine to my grandson's phone. He also informed me that I have to pay for using the WiFi in shop!!! Unbelievable!!! When that wasn't successful, he approached another female (technical) employee in the shop who informed us to NOT to use the 'Share it' app, because it not being safe! 🤔 I was VERY surprised that she then told me (a Vodacom customer for approx 30 years ....) that I will be charged R250 to have this fixed by her? After firstly being wrongfully advised by Lucas and then to be charged for the service (doubtful if successful...) I opted not to go ahead with it and needless to say that I left the shop as a VERY unhappy customer!

Excellent PV Solar installer.
We have had a 12 panel PV Solar installation done by Kyle of Look Up Solar at our house in Country Lane Estate. What a pleasure to deal with Kyle! No hassles, good advise, professional work and everything is done on time. Kyle is on site all the time and does the installation himself with his team. He even went above and beyond by sorting out some problems with our existing electrical system. Highly recommended!

Good service, delivery on time.
Good service from Lecha Beneke, delivery on time and good quality LM grass . Amos and his assistant were friendly, they did an excellent job planting the grass and received good advice from them how to maintain the new lawn.

We stayed for 1 night from 9 to 10 September in rondavel 38. The price is over-charged for what you get! Also a pity that the "storage rondavel" next to us is such a terrible state and with the lights left on all night to highlight the contents... :-(

Still a VERY BAD signal from Vodacom.
I am still waiting (SIX months since their last reply….) for someone from Vodacom to inform me about the status of improving my cell phone signal at my home address in Country Lane Estate , Rietvalleirand, Pretoria. After sending numerous emails over the past few years about a VERY BAD signal most of the time... but still no improvement!!
