Absolutely disgusted. I will not pay for Vitality. If it goes off my payslip again end of this month, I will take it further than just hellopeter. My membership started November. I then received a call from Vitality to offer me "free vitality" till 31 January. Since then I have not used it, since the free trial has ended. I never received an email from Vitality reminding me that my trial is coming to an end nor to advise it's now a paid membership. I only found out end of Feb, through my payslip and not through DV that Vitality is active. I immediately contacted HR, whom advised they can't do anything. I then called Vitality, who promised to call me back. 3 weeks now and no callback. After a week though I sent an email to Escalations. Who called me to advise me of the transfer of enquiry, now 2 weeks no feedback. I DONT WANT VITALITY AND SINCE 1 FEB I HAVE NOT USED IT. I PAY IN ARREARS, AND IF IM CHARGED FOR MARCH, I WILL TAKE THIS MUCH FURTHER.
Sending me demand letters for money I don't owe them because their customer service is non existing and responded to a Cancellation request 5 Months later!!! MWEB is useless, pathetic. There EMAIL address is non responsive. All communication is always send from a no-reply TO ENSURE CUSTOMERS STRUGGLE AND JUST PAY THEM, WHICH IS NOT EVEN OWED TO THEM, BECAUSE THERE'S NO WAY OF GETTING HOLD OF THEM. If you call them on the Telephone number ,which they supply you , you are bound to wait at least one hour and if you are lucky to get through they transfer the call to another DEPARTMENT. Also to mention after a loooong time of holding, the call just cuts. Their online ticket system is just as useless. Keeps on saying every 30 Mins "looking into this". I watched the chat the ENTIRE DAY with no feedback. Not even an email afterwards or a call. 13 April 2024 I submitted a cancelation request. June I sent a follow up and opened a ticket online. Received feedback in September 2024 that it's Cancelled. Which means it should have been Cancelled from April as this is when Mweb was notified. How is it my fault Mweb takes 5 months to respond??? On the same confirmation email from them (Sept 2024) confirming it's cancelled, I asked how to return router. Till today 13 June 2025 no response on that request. Between Sept 2024 and April 2025 I sent another 4 emails. NOT ONE has been responded on, not 1 ticket opened online has been responded to. Only emails I receive from them is statements monthly that I owe them money. To which I respond and then dead. No feedback, no reply, nothing. And looking at the over 10K negative reviews on here for them. THIS IS WHAT THEY DO. THIS IS WHY THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. *****ING. getting a useless company called lexmed to send their emails for them. Try to respond to it... Fahdwa ignores your emails as well. Booked parcel overnight What happened to parcels that are collected in am, is still delivered in pm. Going from Midrand to Benoni. I pay for overnight, yet 5pm the next day it's still not delivered as TCG loaded only 1 of the 2 parcels in vehicle. I am a Bobshop and Amazon seller. And you making me look pathetic. No one is at home at receiver's house after Sunday. That's why I booked overnight. I need this delivered before 3pm Saturday 7 Dec!!!!!!!! Waybill number XHDXWJ
No after sales. Requested refund for low quality product on 12 Oct. Purchased a kids trampoline. Delivered 9 Oct. Opened on 10 Oct. Reported on 12 Oct After assembling it, the poles are not straight, and after my child (about 12kg) jumped twice on it, the one leg actually broke off (very bad Welding). Only on 27 Oct (15 days later!!!!!) they responded asking if it can be replaced. Same day (27 Oct) I responded back advising I need a refund as the quality is bad and I don't want to go through this again Today, 8 days later still no feedback or solution.
This is pathetic. You log inquiries on their website. No response. You try all means to try and get hold of some form of email and numbers. I have phoned every number I can find. No answer. I even emailed the 1 email address I could find.. with australia and US responding. Who could also not confirm contact details. How pathetic are you. You loosing customers. Please can someone contact me!!!!!!
I previously had bad service from xtrainer. Jp sorted this out for us very efficiently. We then queried a shoe on 10 feb with the durban branch manager. Who had no size. Since then we have been looking all over with only disappointment. <br> <br> Due to the service previously received from jp. I tried contacting him again. Thinking if theres 1 person who could help. I am highly upset and dissatisfied. We only buy our shoes from the cross trainer but today I have lost all faith in you. We bought a pair of shoes last sunday and yesterday as well. Never have we been disappointed in your service or product. The shoe we bought last saturday. Is giving my boyfriend blisters and discomfort. Never has he experienced this with any of your products. And its only the 1 shoe of the pair. Which us hard at the back. How can the same pair of shoes be so different. The entire morning we have been calling the gateway branch with no answer. Not engaged. Just ringing. I even went as far as calling the gateway helpdesk. Who took my number and name for the store manager to contact me. Yet no contact fron your side. Service does not stop after the sale. Highly annoyed and disappointed. We don't want this shoe. And after the experience definitely not another product from your shop!!if we knew the shoe would have caused this bad experience. We wouldn't have paid for another pair yesterday. But return the 1st and got the 2nd pair. We are not interested in the 1st pair and definitely not interested in an exchange!!!
