3 HOUR WAITING PERIOD ON 0860998877
Can someone please address the long waiting periods to get through to someone on 0860998877. I've waited over 3 hours collectively but have still received no assistance. This is ridiculous and will be cancelling membership this month.

Premiums go out on time but claims never get paid on time. This is absolutely ridiculous.

MIWAY LEGAL DEPARTMENT TOO SLOW!!
I am still awaiting feedback from the Miway legal department with regards to a claim that has not been finalized as yet. Accident took place in May and no feedback to date.

BALLITO STORE DISGUSTING SERVICE!
Ballito store There are always new staff there, no manager in sight. Just One cashier available on busy weekends. Sweetmeats are of inferior quality. This store is pathetic to say the least.

UNPAID CLAIMS FOR WEEKS!!
I am tired of making numerous calls for unpaid claims since the beginning of October. This is rather annoying. The chronic department are clueless when it comes to special claims. Useless Discovery Health

NO FIXED DEBIT ORDER DATES
My membership started at the beginning of May. Legalwise decided to debit my account in June and now say inception date is the 20 June. The irregular debit order dates is an issue on their side and that needs to be rectified. As far as I'm concerned my membership started in May.

UNPAID CLAIMS
I have made numerous calls for an unpaid claim and emailed invoices. Nothing has been done to date. I have to then wait on the line for DCC department but nobody answers. Debits go off timeously but claims take forever to get paid.

PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
Not impressed with their service! Poor Pathetic service! I started membership in May and was told a 3 months waiting period, 4 months down the line after many debits, I am told that I am still under the waiting period. Debits go off but unable to use services I pay for. Stay away from this useless company!
