I submitted a claim to MiWay's glass claim department. It was authorised and their useless supplier contacted me days afterwards for the installation. A week or so later after multiple follow-ups from my side the supplier came to install the incorrect windscreen. I complained and notified miway. weeks passed and I was still driving with a broken windscreen at a risk. I took matters into my own hands and replaced the glass through a different provider.(This took 2 days). The company I used was very professional and managed to invoice me R800 cheaper than the supplier Miway first appointed. I have been trying to get reimbursed for this nonsense for over a month. I have phoned and emailed countless times. I have complained and expressed my deepest regrets of being with Miway as an insurance company. I do not recommend anyone to use miway as an insurance provider.

We had a completely horrendous experience at this Hotel. The manager handle our payment query with complete disrespect. He was rude and obnoxious and completely out of line. Him and his staff members virtually harassed us throughout our visit to their hotel. We were welcomed to a cancelled reservation and no clear explanation or courteous call before we arrived. This due to a technical error on the hotel's side which they then made our problem. The hotel manager wanted to handle the matter but did not even know our names nor did he know the details of the reservation. He blatantly lied to us about having follow-up with Expedia and then made it our problem to follow up with their agreement with Expedia. He was completely unprofessional and made us feel like criminals. Please do not visit this hotel at all.
I took my car to Ssangyong in Boksburg for its 80 000km service. The technician recommended that the CV's be replaced as they were faulty/worn. They said that they would order the parts and let me know when I could bring in the vehicle for the CV's to be fitted. I have since taken it for it's 90 000km service and complained at the branch more than 3 times and it has still not been done. My car is sitting at 101 000km now and is about to run out of the warranty plan( I assume this is the modus operandi) so that they do not have to pay for it. This is completely and utterly unacceptable. These crooks should be closed down.
