to client support It is with great dismay to write this review on Hellopeter, but Vodacom you compel me to do so. I find myself quite dissatisfied with VODACOM. I purchased an Smart tab 8 tablet online. Ever since July, after I purchased this tablet, it has begun experiencing a problem. The callers cannot hear me. It was dispatched for restoration; it required 2 weeks to reach the repair site. It came back with the same problem. It was later returned for fixing. This is the Third time in for repairs, from 29 July 2025 – today the 12 Set.2025 second grievance, and following Hello Peter, Vodacom has not provided any results to address this problem. It has reappeared with the identical problem. As of today, September 22, there have been no results or feedback... The issue is that the caller cannot hear me... I have called 0821944 Today 12:00 noon, The reply was they did not fix it for the warranty have expired Purchased it Look at the history of the product I am fed up and exhausted with this. 1. Date Purchased 4 Jun 2025 Vodacom 4G Smart Tab 8 1st Repair in 29/7/2025 Job. 21020248 - 21024515 Still the same problem, no repairs done 2nd Repair 15/08/2025 Job. 21031945 Still the same problem, not repaired 3rd Repair 21/08/2025 Job. 21040697 Stile at REPAIR DEPARTMENT Vodacom got this Tab from Purchased it on 4 June 2025, In for repair, 19 July 2025 Back from repair 15Aug 2025 Back to repairs Same Problem 15 August Back from repair 21 Aug Back To repairs again same problem 21 Aug Still with Vodacom repairs today is the 12 sept 2025 I made call to 0821944 repairs they claim they returned to Shop at Heidelberg Mall – not fixed due to warranty constrains What to do Now ? I stop payment until such time VODACO is performing to contract to have the Smart Tab 8 repaired The employees from Vodacom made a statement that all the Smart tab 8 purchased on Line have problems…? VODACOM has a complicated process for customers to reach them: you make a call, and they direct you to x; x sends you to y, points you to z, and z claims they aren't the right contact, directing you to the chatbox for your questions. My tablet has been with them for four weeks again, and there's been no progress. I am creating a line. Final outcome of this non-compliance by Vodacom: Swap my Smart Tap for an alternative product— a notebook computer. I have now checked another forum resource to start the cancellation of the Smart Tap contract. If Vodacom swaps the product for a laptop with a dependable warranty/guarantee, I will leave the forum to start the contract cancellation process. Make sure that the returned item does not need any repairs.

VODACOM has a complex procedure for customers to get in touch: you call, and they lead you to x; x refers you to y, y directs you to z, and z asserts they aren't the correct contact, sending you to the chatbox for your inquiries. They have had my tablet again for 4 weeks, with no outcomes. I am drawing a line. Conclusion of this non-performance by Vodacom. Replace my Smart Tap with a substitute product. Laptop. I have now looked in another forum source to initiate a cancellation of the Smart Tap agreement. If Vodacom exchanges the product for a Laptop with a reliable warranty/guarantee, I will abandon the forum to initiate the cancellation of the contract. Extremely bad bad, Selling Tablets on online order majority give problems. Mine cam back from repairs with the same problem not fixed..... Not back to repairs..... They trick public in buying the ******* they couldn't not sel. Poor tech at shop say the tablets are all ******* ... He hold his hand on head and could. Not answer. Me You battle to talk to a operator. But can not get hold of them for they are only this message system talking to a robot I would like another product in lue for. THEN I REPLY IS IT DMV. then they say yes.... ? Now we see that the pay put wil have back payout ...? The media statesment go around that DMV user R30 million of the mil.vet money for furniture..? How true or trustebil this is are a ?. But however where there is somek there are a fire...? why not any more the promesed R1500pm and the R144000 lumpsum. Why not the back payout as promised from 1 Dec. 2022. The mil.vet amount is now set to SASSA OLD AGGED value X 2.5 and if you receive SASSA The sassa amond will be deducted. If you receive a any ather form of income above the tresh hold the Mil.vet pension will not be granted. MAIN QUESTION WHY DO IT TAKE SO LONG TO APPROVE, PROSES AND AURORISING AND IMPLEMENT THE PAYOUT. and why not backpay from 1 Dec. 2022 as originaly been approved and been Govermented Gazzeded. OK so I have changed previously FNB complain to status ok 5tar, Now I am disappointed Was told they will reverse the cost and close account, OK so they reversed the cost, However did not close the account NO new cost is popping up again.. Gee how good can it be?
