Useless internet service provider taking advantage of black communities, not even a sigle day without down time. ive been complaining and nothing has been done about it instead they will tell you that they have logged a ticket. Phathetic service even if you call for assistance. clearly they are here to ***** from black people because every month they will take your money not even considering how many times you had no internet. now i have to work at the same time waching soccer as im hosting people but unfortunately i can do anything. i will spread these bad service im getting from them to the entire community.
bad service experienced since last week, today was even worse when i spoke to one of the consaltant called Emily. She was rude and not giving me a chance to explain my frustration. I hafe a life cover with 1life and i was told about one of the benefit that i get when i buy a house (35%discount on bond registration costs) So now when i call to enquire about the process since im buying a house i was told to call Lipco Law for all so i did call them as advised however Lipco said they cant find my active policy in that case i have to call 1Life again to explain the situation and i was told they will escalate it. i have been callin both companies almost everyday since last week with the same issue that i have to explain to every consaltant but no one is willing to help. i dont know if this is how they **** their customers because when they have to keep their word they taking me from pillar to post. I have never experieced such service in my life because you could hear that they dont even care when they talk to you. i can not blame Lipco because i never delt with them when i joined the policy but 1Life.
bad service ever experienced, i logged a complain a week ago and they came to change the ONT and my problem wasnt resolved because i'm still experiecing the same problem and it is even worse. the entire week i've been experiencing a lot of down times and i am sure they can prove that as they can see my usage. i cant work an hour or watch TV without being down hardly 30 minutes on team meeting my network goes off. every 5 minutes watching TV network goes down. i am tired of complaining and talking to the agents at the call centre that they cant even be honest with me it's so irritating as i asked one of the to put themself in my shoes and he couldnt even answer. The worse thing is that they on the support department however they cant assist instead they still need to log a call, not even troubleshooting with the customer. My resolution to this situation is to get my money back and go somewhere i can be treated like a customer
Bad service ever experienced. I've been with Hypa for more than 3 years now and their service have from bad to worse. Call centre agents are so ***********. I've logged a call to move my ont and it took them 3 weeks to come and eventually it was moved. Logged the call again with regards to internet connection that keeps on cutting off every single day for hours before it connects back again and the ticket was closed without resolving the problem. On the 31st December I called in and I was told it will be escalated and the agent doesn't even know the turn around time. Today again my internet has stopped working however come month end they will charge me full amount not considering that I didn't enjoy what I'm paying for. Pathetic service ever experienced. Won't advise anyone to go for Hypa
I am so irate and disappoited at the same time in the way Bonitas operate even regret why i changed to them. Ive been fighting this late joiner penalty fee that they charged me with all the proof ive submited to them but instead they turned a blind eye in telling me the out come after their investigation. prior to that it was not even explained to me when i joined only kwe about it when i was quering on why my subscription is higher than what we've agreed on the telephone and that's only when they told me about it. i feel it is unfair and faulsely sold me a product without declaring the correct amount before i could even agree. to make things worse the agent that i spoke to even gave me attitude and not even willing to assist. For me to move from one medical aid to another is because i need something costly effective but if this is how Bonitas do their business i think it is ******** and such must be reported because that is simply *****ling from their customer. I am very upset and recorded all the calls i made and also have the email trail so i am just going to wait for my legal adviser to advise on what to do in this case.
Pathetic service ever, i've never app**** for debt councilling however Octogen listed my name on ITC as if i app**** wich i called them 2 years ago to find out why they put my name on debt councilling that i didnt apply for and i was told that they will remove it as they can see that it was done *****ulently but to my supprise Octogen still appears on my ITC. I have taken this matter forward and my legal team are ready to deal with it with the proofs i got from Octogen via email and also confimtion that they said they will remove my name from debt councilling but still not. I will take this matter to the media and also make sure that it is on all social media platforms. worst service ever experianced as i numeriously visited the Old mutual branches but still no one to assist. i am sick and tired of this and i want it to be resolved asap.
