I have always used UberEats and not once had any issues, until today. This was my family's supper for the evening and my order was not delivered, the app showed delivered, but nothing was received. I work from home, and my desk faces the window, so I can see when delivers arrive. The delivery guy did not contact me, he did not hoot or make his presence known, he did not even wait the 8 mins. The time I did see him, was when he drove off, I shouted out the window and he continued to drive off, also the app did not show the GPS movement of the driver either. I contacted the take aways to confirm if they did give my order to the driver; they provided me with his name and contact number which was pointless cause the number provided went straight to voicemail. I have sent a complaint on UberEats platform and thus far no one has contacted me. I also don't understand how they do not have a call centre for us to contact to sort out these issues immediately. I am a single parent, and the one time I want to spoil my family this happens. I want my refund ASAP.
I settled my loan on the 14th December. Received settlement letter and my account was cleared. On the 21st December fasta debit order my account the installation. I sent a message to support and till now no one has rep**** or contacted me. They say there response time is 4 hrs, its day 2 now with no response. I need my money to be refunded.
I placed and order and made payment on the 06 September. The ad indicated 5 to 7 days delivery. I sent messages upon messages just to be told i must be patient and that my order is on its way, now I'm being ignored. Its a month now and i have still not received my order. I also cant get my money back as they said no refunds. So how is it that people can praise this product when of us out here cant even receive our orders. This is really unacceptable. I spent alot of money on this order and for me just to loose that money isn't right.
Was very impressed with the service. At first the premium was to high for me, however Danielle assisted me with a reduction amount yet still covered me and my son with a suitable amount and gave me the option to increase when I'm ready to do so.
