Cant get service through email and call center
Sent an email and was referred to call135. This call center line service is very poor. 1st I held on for 8mins and the agent had a lot of background noise. The phone cut or was dropped I don't know. I called back and this time held on for 17m when the phone was eventually answered the agent told me to call back in an hour or so the system is offline. I asked to leave my details for a call back the agent said she can only receive calls, I asked for email she kept quite and then the call was cut, again.

Stop debiting my account and refund my money.
Policy formally cancelled they sent the cancellation letter but are still debiting my account. They must refund my money immediately and stop debiting my account.

Do not purchase anything from The Livingroom.
Paid for my items on 11 December 2020 was told delivery will be in 2 days. Over 8 days later I haven't received my goods. Everyday they say tomorrow. They tell me how they loaded the items on the truck but it never gets to my destination. They always want to shift blame to delivery. They encourage you to make payment at time of sale and when they must deliver its story after another. The entire shop & owners are LIERS!. They sell items they dont have. I struggled with my refund after they said stock will arrive in the next week which never did. My biggest mistake was giving them a second chance at a sale and guess what they again disappointed. At the shop they convince you about being legit little did I know I'm dealing with fraudsters.

Been waiting for plastic cards since March.
Been waiting for plastic cards since March. No one has ever returned my calls or give an update. Every time I call they promise to courier. What a fail!.

Stop debiting my account. I want my money back. Im tired of doing follow-ups and no one ever provides me with feedback.
Beame is still debiting my account when they must refund me. Account was closed in August 2020. October my account was debited. Worst service ever. Call center is terrible no one ever knows what is going on on your long outstanding query. Emails are never replied to if your lucky they will reply in 2weeks.
