<p>I Dont kbnow how many compliants i have with richfield ... im even at point where i can longer proceed you guys took to up to 3 weeks to sign me up after payment has been done i eventually recieved my tablet and i was singend up i dont want to deal with Ruwaida anymore the tablets keeps on freezing its a nightmare to work with please id like to cancell everything with richfield i just want them to reinbusrt me take back their tablet if not so take the amunt for the tablet give me whats left ill go look fir naother school </p>
<p>I bought a Tv from Ok it broke i took it back had so much drama to get a new TV .. However i got a new telefunken with such bad colour Quality i went to the Ok store in south gate i was davised that i have missed two payments for the month of September aswell as October which doent make sense to me because i have the slips for those months ... the confusion must be when they renewed my contract and gave me a new Tv i will not be liable for this amount and i will not allow the to repo my Tv i hope this will be sorted out the collections department keeps on calling me i need this to be addressed ****** </p>

I don’t know if I can still do business with you guys ,, because i can struggle if you guys received a full payment I don’t know why I need to be one who needs to run after you guys ...</p>
<p>Good day i paid richfield the full amount that they wanted for the whole year ''only to recieve and email saying they no longer have supported classes of which i need because im a full time working person however ive to Register with Rosebank College because they offer me everything that i need ... i spoke to them and they told me that i have to see the college manager and it takes 7 days for a refund i need to pat fees at Rosebank College by the 3 of March id like to be refunded by the 3rd of March 2017 </p>
<p>im on a complaining site once again </p> <p> </p> <p>i went to go see a specialist on the 2017/02/15 because had and appointment i got there and i was told i CANGT BE ASSISTED BECAUSE MY AUTHRISATION WAS DECLINED called bankmed i was advised by some consultant that its ok i can go ahead i need to however pay a co Fee of 20percent and bankmed will cover the 80 percent ... i then went to the xray department i got there gave my medicail aid details and i was told authorisation was declined afte4r i called bankemed and i ws told that i can go ahead and do what i have to do ... i was also advised that bankmed will not cover the Sonar fee i have to pay R2100.00 out of my pocket bankmed does cover it ... i dont understand what does bankmed cover i was advise to go back to my GP and get authorisation after i stayed out of work </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>bankmed is USELESS i wouldnt recommend anyone to use bakmed im sorry </p>
<p>in the month of Agugust and September 2016 i was able to buy Oratane from my medical aid i went bacck to get another script and my claim was rejected i am so tired of this useless medical aid called bankmed you so much on it but you cant do anything with it i fail to understand y i am unable to get my medication </p>
<p>i Recieved and sms from bankmed stating that i can go to gyneacolgist on the 2 nd of Feburary 2017 now they refusing to pay my bill bankmed is the most horrible medical aid they always give problems you cant do anything with thi stupid medical aid </p>
<p>Good Day Morning </p> <p> </p> <p>I have Serious compliant about a certain individual at OK In south gate by the name of “Lucky “ I took my TV for repairs in the month of July 2016 I drop my TV and I was told that i need to email my documents so that they can send my TV for repairs I send my document and nothing was done , 8i then went to the store to find out when will I get my TV “ LUCKY” told me he hasn’t received my documents . I then told him to check his emails and he found my documents on his that simply means that lucky doesn’t do his job properly or he just doesn’t care about OK Clients</p> <p> </p> <p>Lucky eventually gave me a call on the 3 of August telling me that the supplier got back to him and they waiting for spares .. 2 weeks went by i called the store and the lucky advised that he’s till awaiting for them to come back to him he called me week later telling me that I need to come to the on the 28th of August and he will be waiting for me I got there and lucky wasn’t at work . I then spoke to the store Manager by the name of Ebrahim if I’m not mistaken and the manager promised me that he will make his driver come all the way to Randburg and then call me so i can decide what BRAND I WANT >> AND WHAT INCH I WANT ... that never happened.. LUCK AGAIN CALLED ON The 7TH of SEPTEMBER asking m e to come to the store on the 11th of SEPTEMBER i went >>> LUCKY TOLD AS THE CLIENT THAT IM FORCING HIM TO GIVE ME ANY TV THAT is available in the store and i will not get what HE WILL SHOW .. he told me that i can SCREAM all i want HE WIILL SHOW ME</p> <p> </p> <p>LUCKY IS EXTREMELY RUDE and has no customer s****s i will to hello PETER ..
