From bad to worst...it has been more than 6 months and still my business account upgrade is still not resolved.... THERE IS NO WORST MOBILE PHONE SERVICE PROVIDER than Vodacom...after my previous review someone called me and "was going to get back to me"...what a joke!!!!!!!!
Owner verbally abuse client when simple request are not answered, next level insulting voice messages - unprofessional on another level, not worth saving a few cents yo go through his abuse
If I could give less than 1 star, I would - DO NOT USE Coactivate to upgrade your Vodacom contracts, how a company like Vodacom can actually use these people as contractors, blows my mind. They upgraded 2 packages to something I did not agree to. The consultant made promises of new prices and what it includes and we are now on a total different and MORE EXPENSIVE package than what we agreed on. They do no keep to their word, they do not deliver, in fact it has been almost 3 months waiting for my new device. WORST experience of my life, I will not renew any of my other business contracts with Vodacom, I am moving all my business! These people operate like ****mers, they make promised of Vodacom packages that does not even exist! Why does Vodacom not do their own upgrades????? Pathetic

It is the most frustrating company to work with when trying to move the service and transfer service - I have been speaking to more than 10 persons, every person giving me different in and all just referring me to a link - NO PERSONAL SERVICE, NO ANSWERING OF QUESTIONS, Pathetic that their customer service is non existent when you have been a client for 3 years :(
For the past 5 weeks I have been struggling with Altech Autopage with a dispute on my billing and cellphone account. I have taken the matter up with their Somerset West Branch and have had no satisfactory attention to the matter or any eagerness to get it resolved. Since December 2014 until May 2015 I have been billed monthly for International Roaming, yet I have never been out of the country to activate the international roaming - when I showed this to Altech Autopage in Black and White on my detailed itemized billing, they claimed it must be a mistake, but I am still left with the large amount of costs that was incurred, according to my billing - I have not used their service in any other way for the past 4 months than the previous 4 years and have never had these ridiculously high bills - now I have no choice but to pay an account of more than R5000.00 otherwise they simply suspend my service. I have a data warning on my phone and never once was I warned that I have reached a cap or limit on my phone - Every month since December the charges went up gradually, until last month when it was more than R2600.00 and then this month R4400.00 - I logged 4 complaints and 0 response
