FNB says "How can we help you?" yet I get declined for wanting to get life insurance due to a flag on my creditor report NB not a judgment or anythin a flag due to my financial circumstances. I find this as **************, ********* conduct.
so hard to get ahold of a person to speak to and this simply to confirm a outstanding balance .
If I could give a MINUs I could. Have been calling daily and keep getting answer machine or a receptionist that transfers and nothing happening. POOR SERVICE
If I could give a negative rating, I would. I logged a dispute on 11/11/2025, and to date, I have not received any update. Your WhatsApp service has consistently been insufficient, with frequent issues. Calls either go unanswered, or when someone does pick up, they are unable to provide assistance. I urge your team to address this matter promptly.
I really did not want to right a review but its like I am just running into a brick wall. Logged a query on 11/11/25 due to voucher bought but never received since then i was contacted only on 11/11 & 12/11 and ince then - NOTHING, Really is this how you now handle things. Disappointed and gave a 5star review previously.

It is extremely disappointing to experience the level of incompetence that your service has displayed in recent times. No one answers when I call — I am left on hold for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. The WhatsApp line does not connect to a human representative, only an unhelpful AI bot. I have also submitted call-back requests and emailed CCS, yet more than five days have passed without any form of response. This lack of communication and support is entirely unacceptable and needs to be addressed urgently. Kindly ensure that someone contacts me without further delay to resolve this matter.
The service at Spar @ CrystalGate is utterly unacceptable. Staff are consistently unfriendly, managers are rarely available, and pricing is often incorrect. When these issues are raised, customers are met with glares and dismissive remarks. Specials are frequently unavailable, making shopping a frustrating experience. I have experienced numerous incidents and, despite wanting to report them, nothing seems to be done. This level of service is completely unacceptable and needs immediate attention.
Extremely disappointed with Sanlam. Sent multiple WhatsApp enquiries and callback requests—still no response. Feels like the human element has been completely replaced by AI. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
Cant even get my cancelled Life insurance reinstated or a new cover from you and why not due to any medical conditions NO due to a Flag on my credit report and not even a negative flag more a notice. Been banking with FNB over 14 years and this is how you treat consumers. Just one more reason that i will be switching end of this year. Obviously you don't want business
