GREAT SERVICE
Bonny and Jerome were such a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful and overall a great shopping experience. I would recommend Lava Fires to anyone who is looking for a braai or fireplace. They both went out of their way to assist us. Great service guys.

SHOCKING SERVICE MAKRO
Shocking after care service. Incorrect goods delivered. Took forever to get them to collect the item. I cannot get Makro to refund me. Sent numerous emails I call almost every day. I cannot get any assistance. Its been over a month trying to get them to refund me.

terrible food and Nino's bedford centre
Our family had lunch at Nino's Bedfordview on the 4 January 2019. After receiving terrible food and complaining to the manger, I sent an email to the Head Office as well as posted a review on the website. I still have not received a follow up call from the restaurant or the head office. Our pizza's were dry and the base was hard and tasteless.The topping merely peeled off the base . The cheese was hard and crispy but not in a good crispy way, which explains just have over baked the pizza's were. The chicken pieces on the pizza was dry and tasteless. The manager agreed that the bases looked terrible but then offered to provide us with new pizza's. After receiving a dry, tasteless pizza the very last thing anyone would want is another pizza. No other suggestion was made by the manager and he hardly looked surprised when we showed him the pizza. Very sad and disappointing and more so that no one has bothered to call us regarding the meal we had.

SALE REPSENTATIVE TURNS NASTY
We were invited to a presentation at Germiston Golf Club last night, 21.10.2015. The sales representative was lovely, cracked jokes and polite up until we said \no thank you". He became nasty and arrogant and had the nerve to tell us that if we do not sign up we are throwing away \""QFT\"" which stands for \""quality family time\"". I was appalled by his nerve. He continued to make accusations as if he knew us personally and had personal knowledge of our family. We were also told that we could take the \""FREE\"" holiday at any time and that it is \""FREE\"" of charge. When we read the finer print of the voucher"
