Did a Cash Send transaction on 4 May. System issues at Capitec Bank. Amount shows debited on my account and redeemed on App, yet funds not received! Special mention of Mbasa Mfamana at Customer Care that sends a mail to me littered with incorrect statements. No clue on what customer service is. I went to branch at Willowbridge too. Consultants don't know what to do with this type of query. USELESS!

Debtsafe never responds to e-mails! More alarmingly they don't honor the arrangement as per court order for creditors - putting the client at huge risk! No one ever replies to mails at Capitec Bank. I have an issue with Forex payments. It has been dragging on for weeks now. All required documentation is sent to Capitec, yet NO ONE responds to mails. I have sent 5 follow up mails. Yet, no answer!

I had to re-submit all documents to VHT due to the age of the supporting documents - due to the slowness at Debtsafe. I had to follow up often to obtain the set court date. SHOCKING!!! What do you do when the owner of the business screams at you in your own home? Poor quality of work! Rude attitude! takes forever to reply to e-mails. Unprofessional!! The list goes on!! A nightmare dealing with this company. Geoff is the rudest person I have ever done business with!
NO SERVICE and they dont reply to e-mails! Application takes more than a week to process and their CRM system does not get updated. Does not help to escalate as Team Leaders also dont respond!
