I’m trying to make an online appointment for an ID card for more than a week now. The system doesn’t send the OTP you need to verify your login. Today I went to the DHA office inside FNB Lifestyle and asked them to assist me with making a booking. They insisted that the system is working and told me it’s the only way to get an appointment. After leading me around in circles for a long time and figuring out it’s indeed not working, they just told me to go away and try again later or call the call centre. I’ve tried every day for a week to call and you never get connected on that number. An email also went unanswered for a week then I got the same unhelpful response. The DHA office at FNB was deserted of customers when I was there. I can only assume because no one can make an appointment. Does anyone know how on earth one solves this problem? I’m at my wits end and do quite urgently need my documents.
I'm trying for the last ten years to have my rates and taxes account corrected and reconcilliated. To date, there is 100k in accumulated interest on amounts incorrectly charged (I am paying my account monthly). My many attempts, both personally and through an attorney, have stalled because City of Tshwane always promises to 'look into the matter' and then nothing happens, I have files full of documents and emails from contact persons who have done nothing they promised. Trying to go through service centre channels is not working. If anyone can put me in contact with a municipal manager who is personally willing to assist I would be very grateful.
Dear MTN I was one of your first customers, probably 20 years ago. I believe in loyalty and for a long time I held a torch for you. In the last year I have had disputes on my account, which were never resolved despite the many hours I spent trying. Numerous times I have asked you not to phone, SMS and email me with promotions. To no avail. I get harassed every single day. When researching contract options, I figured out what I suspected for a long while. I can get a much better deal elsewhere. In the last 24 hours you have phoned me FIVE times about my contract renewal. When I asked you to stop phoning, I was told that you won't stop phoning me until I upgrade my account. Now I'm going to do the only thing I can to stop this harassment, I'm going to cancel my contract and migrate to another service provider. Sincerely Fed-up Megan
