I performed the bone marrow transplant and my your sister happened to be my matching donor. Medscheme knew very well that in order for me to survive, she must go through the test as a non beneficiary of the scheme. Her tests were conducted and the now say I must settle R9000 to Ampath lab. When I started with polygam I had to pay R9000 which was a short notice or die.They are . They also failed to pay bloods from ONCLAB. I had to pay R19000 which I did not have. @Medscheme, please sort out this donor accounts. She risked everything for me. The least you can do is to thank her by settling all her accounts. Or are you saying I was supposed to die? You keep generating reference numbers and when I call the agent can't even answer the questions raised.This issue is giving me insomnia please escalate to the CEO or the board. Do not give me red numbers where I should contact your call center agents as they don't seem to have answers for me.
Bonitas Bonitas, you have failed and failed my sister as a donor. I have tested my blood with my donor and you did not cover a cent for her while she is the reason while I am alive. I have called the oncology department. They logged queries and did not end up anywhere. I paid R19000 for the lab in pta east and now expected to pay R15000 for Ampath after they made me pay R9000 for my polygam. I am so angry and disappointed at you.
I am due for transplant, and I found a donor who is willing to help me unconditionally. At first, the donor tests costed around R19000 and the Medical aid did not pay, Reason: Donor is not the member. We did other tests and they costed about R11000, Still the medical aid is not paying because donor is not on the medical aid. Why must I suffer while I have someone who is willing to assist. Are you prioritizing funds over lives? I have been with Bonitas since 2007/08. They did the stool tests recently and still Bonitas does not want to pay. It took me an arm and leg to write this review. I am unwell but still forced myself to write this :-(
I went to ATM00295112 in marble hall to make a cash deposit on the 14th of February 2025 at 1****. The ATM took R900 and complained about R200 that it was not in good shape. The amount to be deposited was R1100. The security was present when this happened. I went inside the bank and the form for paying the amount to where it was meant to go was completed. I was told that it takes 3 working days to resolve the issue. Today is the 24th and no amount was received by the recipient of the money. This is poor service. Please pay the money to where it was meant to go as it was supposed to be received urgently.
Your agent called me wrt the airtime issue logged recently, credited my refund and promised to cancell every subscription that i know nothing of. Just nkw when i checked tue balance says R00.00. I was in the telkom shop doing my phonr contract renewal, standard bank kept rejecting my request from the Telkom system and other banks successfully completed their transactions. It's a homr loan issur that i have logged, now is your app rejecting me to upgrade. What's going on with standard bank??????
I bought airtime for R20 and used R13. When I checked my balance after some time it said I have R2 remaining. Why do you keep ****ming us? Please return my airtime with interest. I have recharged my prepaid account with R55. After an hour Vodacom made sure that they do their thing. *****ing my R10 from that amount. They will tell me that I have subscribed to something I do not know again. Please refund my airtime asap. Recharged on Saturday the 24th of August

My airtime disappears from my phone. I have phoned Vodacom customer care several times and the problem is recurring. After each call, I am not given an opportunity to rate Vodacom as a company, but the consultant who is assisting me at that time. How does Vodacom allow other companies to deduct airtime from my phone without me getting involved. Why is it not happening when I am using a sim-cards for competitors? I have been with Vodacom for years and I must say I am very unhappy with the service. This also happened to my wife. Imagine the number of people out there who are unaware and having the same problem, especially those who cannot read :-(<br>
