They are easy to deal with
They are easy to deal with. The staff are friendly. The agent I dealt with - Leeann Rampersad was very helpful and sorted out my issue quickly.

Fantastic Spa, best massages and amazing service
What a hidden gem. This year old Spa is absolutely amazing. We went there for our anniversary and the staff made it so special. Candles, rose petals, an Anniversary sign and a personal card. The staff are amazing, Well trained and give the best massages and treatments. The Spa is clean and well kept. I highly recommend this Spa. They have great specials too. We will definitely go back for some pampering.

Amazing service, the best food, Highly recommended
Lupa WESTVILLE is just the best restaurant. Their service is amazing. Their staff are well trained and knowledgable. The food is so delicious. Compliments to the chefs. They always go the extra mile. I have celebrated my bachelorette lunch there and my anniversaries and they always make it so special. Thank you for always make a meal out so amazing.

Eezi move not easy at all.
<div>If you are ever moving, I DO NOT recommend using Eezi Move. We used them for our last move and they are definitely not easy at all. Our furniture was damaged as their staff are careless and not well trained at all. They are not careful and do not carry or handle things properly. We decided to use Eezi Move as they have a good reputation and they are supposed to be professionals but they are actually not. They just rush to get the job done as they have so many jobs booked for a day. The staff are tired and the attitude is not great. They were using our pedestals as chairs which is so unprofessional. I complained and it took 26 days for me to receive a condescending email. No phone call, no apology, just an email saying that moving is risky and that it is not their fault. If I had unhappy customers, I would definitely try and sort the problem out but no responsibility is taken by Eezi Move. They only show their good reviews and happy customers on their Facebook page. Bad service, bad attitude, unprofessional, not trained, disgusting and unprofessional</div>

First for Woman is amazing. They always look for ways to help make your premium affordable. Their service is efficient and they are so easy to deal with. I dealt with Nicholas and he was such a super star. Everything was sorted out quickly and hassle free. I highly recommend First for Woman

Service and Billing is no strong point. USELESS
I added additional data onto my contract. I received my bill and was charged partial charges for this data but I only received it on the 1st of the month. After many phone calls and being transferred to useless people the amount was credited.<br> I received an sms to say it is reflecting on my account. When I go online to check, it is not reflecting. I call them and they say that I will be debited incorrectly and then credited the next month. I said its not acceptable. Why cant they fix the billing before my debit order goes off as it hasn't been loaded yet. Why must I wait a month to get my money back when its their mistake. Such stupid people and bad service. I have had so much trouble with them over the last two years. I cannot wait for my contract to end. I will never recommend them. They are useless.
