I bought an ITOUCH device in Pretoria at a Mall. The sales persons that were selling us the device told us we have a life time guarantee on the device - if something would happen to it like it would fall, or maybe by accident someone step on it etc - I only had to bring it (or send it) back and it will be replaced by a totally new one He also promised to add us to a what’s up group or something where we will be given advice on how to use the machine so that we can use it while travelling and then we don’t need to carry the instruction pamphlet with us However when we opened the box we only then saw that we had to pay for the guarantee - it does not come for free - HE DID NOT TELL US THAT and it was more than 24 hours after the sale and we were not contacted by the sales person as promised and I really thought this was just another scam We tried to get hold of him but to no avail. We then wrote a message on their internet page telling them about what happend and like in a few minutes, the sales person came back to us with the what's up information, the people form ITOUCH themselves sorted out the warranty issue and another person also send me a what's up regarding the use of the machine. I definitely can recommend ITOUCH - although there was hick ups it was sorted out quickly and efficiently, the machine is great and I am EXTREMELY satisfied with their after sale service
I have ordered a 3mx3m container on the 30th April 2021, Kerry Spencer was very quick to respond with an invoice, very provisional, when I verified the company details on the CIPC website, Kerry Spencer and Richard Knightley are registered as the directors of the company, and the company is a legit company, I paid the money into there account at Tyme Bank. On the 6th May 2021, Kerry send me a mail informing me that the container will be delivered on the 7th May 2021, that did not happen. I tried contacting her on email and by phone, but could not get of her. I send her a whatsApp and can see that she reads it but no responds from her. Please do not do business whith them, they will scam you out of your money
Be careful to do business with Louis Liebenberg he is a scamer he will get you to invest in his diamond scheme and pay out the first few times and then he will stop paying, when you contact him, he will tell you that you are not keeping to the rules and you are out taking all your money and will block you on all his accounts and cell. Please be wake-up for this guy he will take all your money he is very slick
I have a parcel that arived in SA on the 6 August 2020, (UA303692432VU)I have emailed customer service numerous times but no responds, cannot complain about there service, because it is non existent they do not reply on emails

I had upgraded my cellphone contract on the 20 September 2018, I choose the Samsung Note 9 cause you get the Samsung welcome pack with the phone, when receiving my phone only on the 28 September 2018 to find out that I did not received my Samsung welcome pack, I contacted the lady (Olivia Mgoduka) that helped me with my upgrade and asked her about my Samsung welcome pack and she sent me a link where I need to register for my welcome pack, I did and received a email that stated that my welcome pack was booked and will be sent to me shortly, I have up to date not received my welcome pack. I have sent a query to MTN customer service on Monday 15 October 2018 requesting about my welcome pack, but still not received any response from them. I don't think that MTN is taking there client seriously and we are not important to them, they advertise nice goodies to get you to take out a contract and then you are on your own.
I bought a Defy DUF280 Met F320 upright freezer at House and Home in 2017, it is still under warrantee, I have loged a call with House and Home Witbank in April 2018, I speak to Rantho Hlapeng, he then arange for a Deffy technician to come out to my house to repair my freezer, the technician came and sead that they do not have spares for the freezer, and inform me to contact the branch and inform them to change my freezer. I did report it to Rhanto that informed me that he has to logg this with Deffy, Ref: 893937, I contacted Deffy in June and speaked to Lukas who informed me that they need to replace my freezer, I then contacted Rhanto again, who informed me that he will arange for the exchange, this was before the 14th June 2018, when I contacted him again on the 2 July 2018 he informed me he will order it and he will deliver it on Saturday 14 July 2018 this did not happen. I then phone again on Monday the 16 July and Rhanto was not available, so I spoked to a lady called Veronica and she assured me that she will arrange it, this morning the 18 July 2018 I phoned again and spoke again to Veronica and she said that it all was arranged for yesterday the 17 July, but she will call me back right away and tell me what is going on, never to say that did also not happened. I do not no what I can do more from my side. I am very disappointed in the service I received from House & Home.
I have send my I phone for repairs on the 23/07/2017 through MTN Piet Retief, I was contacted by the lady asking me to deactivate the find my IPhone on my phone she still helped me to do it over the internet as my phone is completely dead. On 5/08/2017 they phone me to come and collect my phone, when I got there my phone was still dead, she told me that she will send it back, the Monday 7/082017, I phoned the MTN repair center to asked them why my phone was send back with out repairing it, the technician said I need to delete the find my IPhone on my phone. So we deleted it over the internet again. On Monday 28/08/2017 I phoned the MTN repair centre to find out about my phone, the technician told me that they do not have my phone, he then called the MTN shop in Piet Retief just to tell him that the phone is still with them, cause they cannot send it away due to some system that does not work. I then called Adelaide at the Newcastle office and she said she will follow it up, when I phone her Tuesday 29/08/2017 to follow up she told me she is still busy, and will phone me as soon as she had an answer for me. I then phoned her back on 31/08/2017 cause I still not received feedback from her, she then told me that MTN has changed courier companies and that is why there is a delay, I think this is very poor service by MTN, I am now 6 week going for 7 weeks without a phone, and was just told they are trying there best, in the meantime I can not access my documents on I cloud due to a verification number that is send to my IPhone. I just want to tell everyone that MTN went from one of the best service providers to one of the worst in the business. This is not the first indecent at this store and nothing is done by the incompetent persons working there. MTN only sometimes comments to these postings and then they still do not sort out the problems.
Good Day<br> I have logged a complain on bad coverage on the farm on the 17 July and 5 August 2015, my ref no:0077413.<br> Until today 21 August 2015 nothing has been done about my complaint<br> This is now starting to irritating me, I keep on locking calls and I do not get replies, I have a contract for a service you need to render to me, that is what I am paying for, and I do not receive the service I am paying for, if this coverage issue is not sorted, I will have to take this to the consumer council, because you are not for filling your part of the contract. This is unacceptable., MTN went from one of the best service providers to in my opinion to the worst provider in the business.<br>
