Quick response in providing a quotation. However, more important is them understanding my needs before sending me a quote . I give Mike Andrews 10/10. Their website has a lot of knowledge and information - if you are seriously considering, spend time on their website reading.
So my dad had to move from one frail care facility to another on 30 April. Spoke to Linda via email, received a quote and accepted the quote. A week before the move, I phoned Linda and she confirmed all is good and the truck will be there at 9h. Then 11h. Then we have to speak to the driver. I just spoken to Linda and she is going to find out what’s going on. We gave up and will make another plan. Linda, I am UTTERLY disappointed in you and your company. False promises. And put me in a terrible predicament!! I will certainly not recommend using them. Ever. And Linda, hope you have a sleepless night because you deserve it!!
I bought a Daikin cassette unit (24kBTU) for the main bedroom, less than a year ago. The unit shows a U4 error, which is a PC board error. Daikin refuse to replace the PCB under warranty and the quote I have received for the parts is R21000 (excl labour)! The aircon cost me R32k less than a year ago, exl installation! So, think twice before installing a DAIKIN!
<p>I have never signed up for Milady's' email news letters. When I try the unsubscribe link, it does not work. I have phoned on two occasions to have me unsubscribed. They promised they did, but I am still receiving emails from them. I don't know what to do anymore! ANNOYED!!!</p>
