FNB SERVICE IS NOW NON EXISTANT. I ASKED FOR A REVERSAL OF A PAYMENT THAT CAME OFF MY CARD WHICH HAD NOT BEEN APPROVED BY MYSELF BEFORE THE PAYMENT EVEN WENT THROUGH OFFICIALLY. I GOT A NOTIFICATION ON MY HPHONE AND I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THEM TO REVERSE. i AM STILL WAITING AND THIS GOES BACK NOW JUST SHORT OF 4 WEEKS
Excellent service always. Speedy claim payout.
They have the rudest staff ever. I got a call last week and the lady couldn't pronounce my surname. I then corrected her on how to pronounce it and her response was "whatever". I then said you are exceptionally rude to which she responded she is calling from Vodacom and my account is overdue. She then put the phone down. I then immediately called Vodacom and found out my account was overdue by R 10.00. I pay them a lot of money each month as I have 6 or more numbers against my account and I owed them R10.00 - I immediately paid this, but feel very strongly about the disgusting call that I received.
I had ordered the Slimbetti weight loss product. On receipt I started taking it and got the very severe diarrhea. I reduced the tablets but then started with stomach cramps that have me doubled over. I called them to ask if we can please cancel the contract due to this but the do not have a cancellation policy and are not prepared to assist. I have a full 5 months left on this and have barely taken half o the 1st month. I am asking them to please cancel the last 5 months due to this situation.
My son is turning 21 in September and I receive an email to advise me that my medical will increase by approximately R 2800.00 due to him now being an adult dependent. He is at Varsity and therefore still completely dependent on his parents. Other medicals aids accept them still as child dependents as long as a student card is produced. Discovery do not. I then look at putting him onto his own medical aid within my price limit and Discovery have a couple of options but where they have nominated hospitals nothing is available in the Randburg / Roodepoort or Fourways area. When I ask the question their response is that if a hospital does not want to join their network there is nothing they can do. You have to ask why a hospital is not prepared to be a part of their Network. They are not client orientated they are only money orientated. No wonder even Doctors are advising that Discovery are no longer a good medical aid option.
