Progressive Impressions/Finishing Touches - service delivery - non existent
No customer service at all, Rowena the regional manager is useless. Blinds that I ordered was wrong, size and color, the 4 blinds I ordered was not even the same color. Then I am waiting to get it fixed, been 2 months - and if I don't ask and follow up nothing happens. I gave it a 1 star rating, because their is nothing lower than that otherwise - I would have given it a minus. The service is not bad, something that is bad at least you can measure, but this, there is nothing to measure, so bad is an overstatement.

MTN Pathetic Customer Service
Been blacklisted with them, paid the full outstanding amount, But trying to get a paid up letter from them seems impossible. Phoned 7 times and then customer service check all details and says hold on we put you through to the right department, then that phone rings and rings and no one answers. Holding on for hours but no resolution. To be honest MTN service cannot be called pathetic, Pathetic you get service but it is not good, MTN is lower than that

Bad customer experience
Uber has been deducting R50.00 per month from my account. I am trying to find out what it is for, but with no luck. They just keep on deducting the money every month. How can I get rid of this and get my refund.

Rayco water tanks - inferior quality
We bought Rayco Tanks 10 x 5000 liter tanks from them for our business. The delivery etc was great had no complain about it. But the tanks is made of inferior quality of is made to thin (specially at the joints. They constantly leak - and the tanks was repaired by them. But it even start leaking at the repair places. The 10 year guarantee they give is worth nothing. Because then the tanks is not installed right, or the ground level is not 100% right, or this or that. But there is always an excuse why it is not guarantee. The tanks is just plain not up to standard, they cutting on material thickness to make or saving on manufacturing cost. But I will not tell anybody to buy these tanks. Nor will I every promote them. I will rather go for one of the other well known brands. Still wonder why do the big companies like Agri and Builders etc. not sell there tanks?

Utterly bad service and very unprofessional
Fencing pro. Sean Mouton The worst experience We have ever had with a company that suppose to do professional business. He puts people on site that does a poor quality of work and then he demand final payment. And get annoyed and upset about not wanting to pay for the second hand. Unprofessional job that was done. He also threatens then to remove what was put on He never answers his phone. Because he is always busy But when the voice message comes up. It says Timber Craft. Probably another company that is used to get money out of unsuspecting customers There is another company listed on here Sean Mouton Construction. Which I suspect is the same person. With just as bad a service as Fencing Pro.
