Disappointing service and being overcharged on my account and after numerous requests to rectify and credit my account there has been zero feedback from the company. I have been dealing with Xolani in sales and the price quoted is not what I’m being charged. I have given notice but they have still not refunded the amounts I have been overcharged.
Simplified chat system and my queries and claims always resolved and paid out without fuss
Misrepresentation of the company stating that they will help with reducing interest rates and never mentioned Debt Review once. In all comms before DebiCheck mandate does not state Debt Review either. I asked is this Debt Review and will my credit rating be affected I was told no. Rude awakening to find out it is debt review. I asked for immediate cancellation from day 1 of the call and they continued the process. Call backs to discussed was ignored. They reported my previous post which was removed. I have gone to the NCR and asked for help and they have been amazing with giving me the right information. I have lodged the complaint but being threatened by this company that they will go ahead with the 17.1 which is still not lodged. They asking for documents and the NCR said not to send anything. NCR Complaint and their agents have been amazing support.
I received a call from my debt hero to help reduce my debt. They were so nice on the phone but rush you through the process. Asked questions: is this debt review, is it going to negatively impact my credit rating and was told absolutely not. Communication via sma whilst on the call does not mention anything about debt review or debt counseling. I immediately asked them to stop when I got the confirmation after the fact it was debt review. They ignored all emails or I was told to email to another address and they would get back to me after reviewing the call. But nothing. Now I’m getting multiple welcome emails and requests for documentation still no response. So I lodged a complaint with the NCR and will await their assistance. ************ is too mild a word.
June 2014 my Vodacom Account was upgraded. I work out of SA and On notification from Vodacom of this I responded to say that this was a fraudulent upgrade as I am not in the country. This was ignored and I received a bill in July for over R1500. I had to wait to get back into the country to sort this out but all Vodacom would do was place a hold onto the account and I had to complete a police report which has all been submitted to Vodacom. To date there has been no resolution and I am still being charged for this account. They are robbing me and owe me thousands of rands. further to this I received a huge bill in December which is beyond ridiculous. I am sick of this and I have had enough.
