Smartfares advertises on the cheap flights websites I selected a flight and it gave me the quote that showed on the website however when payment was made they deducted more than the fare they advertised, it was even more than the fare that showed on the etihad website, they promised a refund but I know noticed on many other reviews that this is how they operate they are deceiving and just rues I would never encourage people booking flights to use that Smartfares Dear Customer, Thank you for your email. We have repeatedly logged calls for street lights not working on Swartgoud in Ridgeway from the Shoprites Ridgeway down to Spar Ridgeway however no lights have been fixed its now one year later the street lights are not working

I paid up front to have my windows installed, given poor service delivery had excuses from day one and a string of lies now I am waiting for my refund of R3000 for unfinished work, going a week now waiting for my refund
Poor delivery service, had excuse after excuse now I am waiting to get my refund of R3000 for the job he couldn't complete
Pathetic service from Julian the owner he sent me a quote charging per hour estimated 5.25 when his technician did the work within 3hrs and I requested refund for the 2hrs he changes and says he sent 3 people instead of 2 so the amount charged is correct because of 3 people and no longer about the rate per hour as stated on the quote and then he delays to send the electrical compliant certificate no longer takes my calls or replies to whatsapp messages truely unethical service
