Absa Vehicle finance is still charging me the old interest rate and refuses to change the the new low rate with a reduction of 25 basis point. I logged call with their call center to no avail.
WORSE property developer. DO NOT buy property from this developer called JFS and HOMES for ALL, they use cheap labour and material and the quality of work done is below par, doors not closing properly and and keys getting stuck . they make excuses for every issue raised and are rude. when there's a storm you can hear the wind blowing and running through the ceiling ...issues endless
I logged an insurance claim beginning of May for the leaking pipe that was replaced on my property. its been more than 30 days since Absa received the claim and each time I query the progress I am requested to submit the invoice with reports and details and I have done it several times with no positive outcome. at this rate I will cancel my other home insurance I have with Absa.
I have had my vehicle for for 4 weeks now and cartrack is yet to install a track unit on it. I had travelled to KZN and was there for 2 weeks and asked them to install the unit in KZN and that never happened. I am now back in Gauteng and have informed cartrack and they are yet to install the unit instead they are trying to book me a day which is 7 days away. to make matters worse, I received call from them and when I am trying to vent my frustrations to the lady and she told me she will HUNG up the phone as I was talking and that's what she did!!!!. She HUNG up because I was complaining.
Absa always advertise rewards challenge on their app. the last time I accepted a challenge to get R50 food voucher if I do a sendCash before end of September, I did the Sendcash and when I check the challenge progress I see the challenge has been removed and no voucher allocated. These guys are just tracking us to make certain transactions to debit the fees but NO rewards offered after that.
I've heard this Cell C prepaid number for more than 3 years and it was disconnected without any warnings or anything by Cell C. All my banks SMS notifications, car tracking, electricity voucher SMS.....etc were going through this number and now the inconvenience caused is underestimated by Cell C even when I ask them to activate again they simple REFUSED.
Got charged for replacing a debit card that was retained by the ATM. Why I am charged for Absa's broken machines? This is disheartening.
3 years ago I changed a contract line into a prepaid line and have been using it to receive calls and most importantly the bank sms notifications, insurances, car track and etc. Today Cell C deactivated the line because I have bought airtime....doest receiving of calls and sms bring revenue to cell c. I asked this number to be reactivated so I can buy airtime but to no avail
2 weeks after the unit is installed I have called in twice, send emails and even complained here on hello peter asking for the login details to the app so I can track the vehicle and test the unit works....No respond from cartrack, All I want now is to cancel this because their process is not working
I got my new tracker unit installed on Friday the 5th March, the technican told me to download the app and someone will call me within 30min or 1h with the login details. to this day nobody has called and I haven't been able to test the unit. I have sent email to the customer care asking what is the login details and there's no answer. when I called the customer care my call was dropped when it was answered while trying to speak to them. is it so difficult just to setup and let me check the unit works?
