After my service claim was approved on 20 Nov 2025, I am yet to receive the money. Everyday I call I am **** to and send from pillar to post while using my own airtime, and when I call these unprofessional consultants they always transfer my calls and kept on hold for 45mins and longer until I end the call. I want my money and want it today. I also called today and still the old lies persist that I did not confirm my account, the same account they are debiting me monthly from without me having to verify. It is clear they don't want with my money and I want the unsuspecting clients to know how evil these people are. Now that is time for me to benefit after paying them monthly but I am left stranded without money as if I am loaning that money from them. If you are considering joining these people, think again.
I bought diclo-flam blackcurrant tablets at pharmlife potchefstroom, shop no:44, Ikageng Gate Mall, Cnr Zinn & Triomf street, Potchefstroom On 09 Jan 2025, at 12:47, till no:2. These tablets were like they have been soaked in a liquid and let dry and then re-packaged and sold. When you touch the pack the white powder is left on your hands and the pack blisters were having holes. No wonder why people die even when they are taking medication. I took them back the next day with the properly packed pack which I was still having to show them the correct tablets. What is surprising about this is that the expiry date was still Oct 2025 so they were not expired but rotten. I was rudely told that they don't make or manufacture tablets themselves, they just sell them, basically it is non of their business. I want to report this matter to SAPHRA and warns anyone buying at this pharmlife to reconsider or constantly check their medication bought there, I think there's something fishy going on there. I asked them if the Health Inspectors do visit them, but they continued to say they don't manufacture tablets. This is rude, irresponsible and arrogant attitude administered to me as a client.

On October 12, 2024, I purchased a Samsung A04e phone (R1800) for my daughter and a Mobicel phone (R150) for myself. Regrettably, the Mobicel phone constantly switches off when placed in my pocket. Within the stipulated seven-day return period, I sent my daughter back to the store on October 15, 2024, to exchange the faulty phone for another of the same value. Shockingly, the staff refused to assist, insisting on keeping the phone without providing a receipt and instructing my daughter to return later with the box so they could verify the issue. As a person with a disability, having only one leg, I rely on hiring a car to access the mall, which is a significant inconvenience. Moreover, as the sole breadwinner of my family, I cannot afford to waste time on unnecessary trips. I sent my daughter to resolve this matter, expecting a reasonable resolution. Their refusal to exchange the phone is unacceptable, and I take offense to the implication that I would falsely claim a defect. If I sought a refund, I would have requested it. Instead, I demand a functional replacement, as is my consumer right. I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution by October 19, 2024, I will ensure that the incompetence and untrustworthiness of Ackerman Store are exposed locally, nationally, and internationally through all social media and news platforms. I will not beg for my consumer rights. I demand respect and a functional phone. I have paid R2900 via EFT on 08 May 2024 and submitted proof of payment via email and whatsapp to Exclusive Essentials. The acknowledgement was done by Bheki Khumalo through exc.essentials@gmail.com . I have not yet received my order which was supposed to be send by courier since then. I have send numerous Whatsapp messages and calls but no one wants to help. These people are ****** because when I get to talk to either Jackie, Shakira, Kutlwano Mokoena (supervisor) one tells me about their problems with courier, the other says they can't see my order On the system, while the other one says they will call me back, which they never do. I need people to know how *********** members of thus company are, and I am going to make sure that by the end of today, their company is very well known for its *****sters and incompetence. Since i received feedback on my initial query from mtn, Tim gave me fax numbers to send documents he needs for investigation. These numbers are always engaged and I dont have time to try and fax documents everyday which does not reach its destination. MTN has for the past four and half years terrorising me and has since blacklisted me and therefore stops me from getting credit from other suppliers because of perceived bad credit record which does not exist. Mtn via Norman Lambrianos Incorporated Lawyers are always sending me emails and sms to say that I need to pay them R15 954.85 and that was on the 16/05/2014. I requsted them to send me a copy of the contract which they claim i have with them but to no vain. They wanted a copy of my Id and proof of residence as well as affidavit to start the investigations but everytime i want feedback , they give me another new person to handle the matter. I have never had any contract with any MTN in RSA or abroad. I want MTN to send me a letter of apology as well as remove my name from credit bureau and also tell me how was an account opened in my name without an ID document. I also want to put on record again that i have never lost or misplaced my ID document in my life. MTN must also pay for the financial strain they put on me by blacklisting my name.
