Poor service
We bought a toyota legend last year with a rolling shutter at godrich toyota Yesterday we took our bakkie for its 50 000 km service. And asked for wheel balancing ect. We live on a farm with a 20 km dirt road. They did the balacing ect with the dirty wheels. Now it still bounce well driving. The bakkie itself was still dirty inside and outside with pieces of mud still on the wheels. Our rolling shutter also keep on breaking. 3rd time now. Now they say we put something heavy on the rolling shutter. That is not true. So they refuse to fix the rolling shutter

Terrible
Was almost done in by them. Took a energizer to fix they told me everything is damaged by the thunder storm and i have to buy a new one because the parts will be more than a new one. Took it to a company in pta and the only fault was the transformer that was needed to replace

Wanted to keep my old number on my new contract
I got a new contract from mtn direct, i asked to keep my old number that is currently vodacom, yesterday when i finnaly received my phone and sim after more than a month i phoned the number to activate my sim, after doing that i phone to set my limit and the operator couldnt fine my number on the system becauce tehy have given me a new number, and i couldnt see that its a new number because on the sim it only gives a puk number, since yesterday i phoned several times and nobody can help me they just give me a new number to phone each time, they lady lelisha who did the application is on sick leave and how their system is off since early this morning, i want my old number and dont want the new number they gave me otherwise they must come and collect the phone if this cant be resolved. Im getting impatient now because clients want to phone me and i dont have signal on our farm with vodacom that is why i got the contract with mtn

do not pay their agents
I started working for them last year july. Since i have not received any commission. I took my own money to see clients and buy an phone and sim card to phone the clients. I have emailed them a few times and still no responce. I work for the pta branch. I brought in lots of clients and they own me allot. I hope they get back to me so that i can tell the clients what is going on since i im not working at this moment due to the fact that they diddnt pay me
