I bought my Nissan Magnite in May 2024. I reqeusted a reverse camera as an extra. I was billed R13 000. In December 2025 the radio touch screen started to freeze. I took it back to Nissan. Late in January 2026, (after alot of follow ups), they informed me that the radio is fixed. When I left there, I realised that the mic is not working as well as the buttons on the steering wheel. I went back once again. They said they need to consult with the technicians and will come back to me. It is 10 March 2026. No feedback and I still sit with a R13000 radio that is not working.
I have contacted Debtmend numurious times and never seem to get results. As far as I know I am paying my last installment November, according to statements received I am supposed to only half of the installment due to rest of the creditors being settled. I sm a single mom and need to purchase new school clothes for my son who is about to start high school next year. So I desperetly need to know the situation of my budget at the end of the month. Excellent service telephinically but no deffinate answer. Extremely frustrating. I also need to know how long it will take to clear my ITC afterwards. Still, no feedback.
I had a 3G Contract with Telkom. According to the FAIS Act regarding treating customers fairly, Telkom miserably failed!! My contract expired in August 2017. I have received NO call, NO email and NO sms in order to ask if I want to continue with the contract. I went in November 2017 to cancel the contract and I have also asked that a dispute being locked, because I DID NOT GIVE CONCENT THAT THE CONTRACT MAY CONTINUE. I have heard nothing in the interim and went back early in January 2018 to follow up. I was informed that no one worked on my case yet and they will escalate it. Once again no wordor update of the progress from Telkom. On Friday 02/03/2018 I received a summons for the outstanding amount!!!!! Today I went back to Telkom, furious and the consultant that he will escalate it again....... I contacted the 081180 number and had to hold for a quarter of an hour until I got helped. The person was very sympathetic and also advice me that my case was assigned to some one, but nothing has been done. FROM NOVEMBER UNTILL NOW!!!!!! I paid the summoned amount, BUT I REQEUST A REFUND BECAUSE I DID ALL I COULD IN ORDER TO GET THIS RESOLVED.
