I appointed Bongani to replace 4 x windows and install 1 x door. I paid 60% deposit. 3 x windows were replaced and the workmanship was very bad. His team caused damages to my BIC mirrors with their grinders. I complained. He then fired the team that did the work at my property, sort of fixed all the snags and promised to finish the remaining work himself. After 2 x months of endless excuses, I eventually requested that he pay the remainder of my deposit back, so that I can get another company to finish the work. Do not use this contractor. He is very unprofessional, workmanship is terrible and getting your money back is harder than drawing blood from a stone. He constantly makes new installation dates and never pitches. Doesnt answer his phone or messages. Small claims court, here I come. Be warned.
I have a NP200 with 36000 kms. We use it for plumbing. The vehicle developed a gearbox issue. They contacted Nissan SA and replaced the gearbox in 2 days under warranty. The vehicle is back on the road and this has saved us from a considerable loss of income. I want to highly recommend this company for their outstanding after sale service. 10/10
On 23/6, i was supposed to depart at 08h45 to OR Tambo from Harare. We were notified that the flight was delayed to 19h45. Upon arrival, we were booked in and our ticket suggested that we will depart at 17h45. No such luck. The flight did not even depart at 19h45 as re-scheduled. We finally departed at 21h00 on a different carrier from the domestic terminal. No staff to advise us, appologise or even inform us about the resons for such a lengthy delay. Its the last time that I fly with this carrier.
I initially complained on Hello Peter when my home loan application was mis-handled in 2014. I was in the process of changing banks, when Roshan from Nedbank Client Services, contacted me via email and promised an investigation into the matter. The home loan application was then reviewed and granted. We now have our own home. I would just like to thank Roshan for his dilligence and professional attitude and for turning a bad situation around. Today, my family and I are happy in our new home and we owe it all to Roshan ( and the Lord). Clients are quick to complain, but slow to compliment. Roshan, thank you. I am still a Nedbank client.
