Very disappointed in the service from Phumlani. We were in contact in trading in a vehicle and then doing the purchase without trade ins. When we sent all documents through for a vehicle after we told him we are taking the vehicle and had a deposit for the vehicle ready went and sold it to someone else. You wait days for him to respond and then wants to turn the blame. Will definitely NEVER recommend him or this company to anyone. Now we sit without a vehicle because of bad service.
would hereby like to submit a complaint against the ladies who work at Senqu Richards Bay. The worst service i have ever received with a return of wrongful marked items. I returned a mens tshirt, then being told they cannot issue me with a new slip for the exchanged shirt. I understand stores keep the original one, but if my husband was not satisfied with the new exchange i would have needed to take it back. The ladies at this store told me i cannot have a new slip i should take a picture of the new slip as they need to keep it and that they need authorization from a manager to print a new slip as floor and cashiers dont have the authority to do so. Which i have never heard in my life. I then started arguing with them and they ********ly then just looked at me and stopped talking to me. After standing and waiting and arguing for a slip they pressed on the screen and a slip printed. They thought it was very funny. I have never in my life received such bad service from this store until now. I go there almost every month for purchases. Now i will never return to this store again.
Such a bad experience. They never answer their phone and i have sent emails and still no feedback. Wanted to find out info about a package and then my friends package got lost and came out that someone else had taken the package. Such a disgrace from the Richards Bay branch
Me and my husband have been interested in a car that is at the jhb south branch. I have done 3 enquiries on the car. We have phoned the national call centre about our interest and they said some Tim guy will call us. Its the 3rd day since the first quiry. I have sent an email about the complaint aswell but still no feedback.
Had the worst experience ever. Will never support this store again. They played unapropriate music in a baby store. Was African music no one could understand and sounded like you were at a party and not in a friendly baby store. When i asked if its the only music they have they had a very sarcastic reply by saying "now what music do you want" and all the staff laughed at me and a friend. How this is not good customer service and then the best of all is why they need to enter my bank card number and the expiry date and have my ID number. So much personal information for a gift card. Will never ever in my life support Baby Boom in Richards Bay.
