I have a complaint against Ntha Property regarding purchasing of a stand which was confirmed for an amount of R53 100,00 that was agreed on the 20 April 2021, I paid amount of R36 000,00 on the date I signed. Then the stories began with drama stating that they are having issues with the stands and if we need cancellation, we must come to their offices. Going back and forth for the past years I finally had a breakthrough that they allowed me to cancel the deal on the 05 April 2023 which their team confirmed that the money would be in the account on the 16 August 2023 which they also told me they will be taking 10% since I'm cancelling the deal which was not my fault. Because I have been dealing with this *****ulent company for the past 2 years, I was tired and eventually through that the matter would be resolved so I signed to receive an amount of R30 690.00 which at the time I thought it would be better to get something than losing my money. I'm at my ends withs with the behavior this company is giving me and the run around, they even have bodyguards at the entrance and inside the building to intimidate us, Since August 2023 every month I have been using my own money without getting joy. The attitude of the receptionist and the lady that was supposed to be helping us with an attitude blaming other, the finance department and etc. The lady called Esther was giving us attitude and saying there is nothing she can do, and we must come back in January 2024 we will get our money back,

Please norkem park team escalate this to your head office as your fellow colleague are pathetic. On the 18/11/2022 we took the car for valet which cost us R1000 which the car was driving and ignition in good condition. When our son fetch the car that afternoon he was given the key which was forcefully removed on the ignition by their employee as our son is driving this car for the past 8 months, upon arriving at home with my wife approximately @20:00pm he explained the key doesn’t come out, luckily we are in a complex that has cctv cameras and security guards so we explained, on the 19/11/2022 we attended a funeral at rustenburg at 04:00am we left as a risk and couldn’t complain we came back around 18:00pm on the same day and they were closed to lay a complaint. Sunday before church on the 20/11/2022 in the morning around 08:30am we went and spoke to the supervisor Biki who was very helpful since we left the car in his care now he escalated the matter to the manager who is Robert arrogant person which is moving around ignoring us after Biki told him we going to church and we delayed, if Robert was working for me I’ll fire him as no sense of service for customer that why our country is in a mess because people like this. After listening he wanted to blame us with my wife I explained something simple the ignition is less than the valet why would I pay R1000 and the ignition is probably R150 does it make sense? Then he boldly said he’s giving the number for Christo which is the regional manager for me to call on Monday 21/11/2022 I must buzz and he’ll call me back, I explained that I’m on an unlimited Cell C contract I’ll call him. I called christo todya after 9am he started being like a pleasant gentleman but full of nonsense telling about tc’s and c’s I asked him as a client who’s responsibility is it to tell me about their tc’s and c’s it’s their company’s responsibility. He said the would fix my ignition so this message is that anyone going to get their car washed at this reputable brand that 50 years plus arrogant staff don’t rather go to a bp or in the township they are so arrogant they must all be fired
I withdrew money from an ATM on 09 Feb 2022 and came up with an error message transaction failed I tried it 3 times I hope that it was a mistake and no money was received. To my surprise looking at my app transaction, the money was deducted even though I never received it. I emailed complaints@discovery.bank on 10 Feb 2022 no feedback to date. I have reviewed one transaction that was reversed the other two are still pending ATM reversals.
Useless service ever, they debited me R1100 without my knowledge and I expect these fraudsters to contact me and reverse any transaction that took place with immediate effect as we speak and I never authorized the payment. I was a sensible person would agree to pay a third party R1100 I expect my money reversed with immediate effect.
These have been the most horrific service I have ever received from any insurance company within the country, I was referred to King Price Insurance by a broker on the 11 December 2020 and the consultant advised me that they will prorate me R1227.75 which was debited off my account on the 12 December 2020 which I didn't have a problem with which was going to run until the 31 December 2020. On the 15 December 2020 I received any quote which had more options than the one King Price Insurance offered me, I called on 15 December 2020 to cancel my insurance as took the new one with the other insurer. The sales consultant advised that the insurance is cancelled and no additional charge will be billed as I was within the period prior to the insurance lapse. On the 21 December, 2020 to my surprise King Price Insurance debited me R817.16 I only realize it now when I got my monthly statement from the bank, I need King Price to refund the unlawful debit they did on my account and refund my monies taken illegally.
The most pathetic service that I have even been rendered with since I was born and lies over lies promising customer satisfaction from the so-called "KING" which is just to lure customers to join this pathetic insurer. I was introduced by a broker to King Price on the 11 December 2020 on the purchase of my new vehicle which I was so excited about and got covered without a problem which the pro-rata explained by the consultant which was R1227.75 that was valid until the 31 Dec 2020 which I agreed upon. After weighing my option and about what the so-called "KING" was offering I cancelled my insurance on the 15 December 2020. Now my issue is that King Price being the thieves they are again debited my account R817.16 on the 21 December 2020. I expect these thieves to refund me the R817.16 as the pro-rata was explained that it is covered until the 31 December 2020, I cancelled on the 15 December 2020 prior to some idiot on the other side advising the so-called "KING" about utter stupidity. I expect my money refunded of R817.16 the remainder of the R1227.75 they can keep as I made a commitment until 31 December 2020 even though I cancelled on the 15 December 2020 as I'm an honourable client.

The most useless company ever to exist with incompetent staff members that you can have, my insurance Santam rented a car for me as I was involved in an accident, the process went over 30 days and Santam kept calling me to indicate that they have spoken to the car rental and extended the days until they settle the bank which I returned the car on the 09 December 2020. The consultant clearly explained that they have been engaging with Santam and to my knowledge, they decided unlawfully to deduct R3 439.33 without my approval on 22 December 2020. When taking the matter up with them they indicate Santam needs to resolve it. I need both Santam and First Car Rental to engage and expect my refund as I'm just a third party in the matter that I was not involved in the beginning as my insurance represented me. The staff is very incompetent and I need someone with clear understanding of customer service to get the matter resolved.
I'm writing these complaints with the utmost heartfelt anger and disappointment with Santam. They provided me with First Help Car rental and once the 30 days elapsed Santam contacted me to say they are extending it with the rental people at First Help. I left the country on 29 November 2020 I emailed Santam to advise that I'm leaving the country coming back on 07 December 2020 reason for these was because I needed them to be aware that I'm unavailable. Santam has been communicating with the car rental team, to my surprise once 09 December 2020 I returned the rental car. First Help told me that I should not worry about anything they will refuel the car and check the e-tolls and minus the difference from R1500 that I paid as a deposit to my surprise on the 22 December 2020 First help debitted me R3 439.33, I query the amount with First Help and advised I must speak to Santam as they are charging me for the extra days that Santam should have communicated with them as they informed me. I expect Santam to refund me the amount with immediate effect as it was not my fault as they kept on informing me that they are extending the days because they have not yet settled the bank.
It has been such a pleasure working with Nico once again and a breath of fresh air, I and my wife managed to buy another car from the dealership and the service is beyond 5 stars.
