ABOVE AND BEYOND - SEAN JEVON
Was visiting family in East London and needed to return to Joburg on a Monday. Suffered a sidwewall puncture from striking a pothole. Sean Jevon very kindly jumped to my rescue. He not only opened his store on a Sunday, but fitted the tyre and balanced the wheel himself. Highly appreciate the effort and time the Sean took away from his family on a Sunday to assist me. Could not be more happy. Thank you Sean.

SHOPPING IS GREAT AT CAPE UNION MART IN FOURWAYS CROSSING
Shopping at the said store on Wednesday 11 May for a pair of hiking boots. Was attended to by the delightful Sonwabo, who while going out of his way to make sure that I had the correct product, was patient, polite and knowledgeable. A really great shopping experience.

DSTV'S POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Upgraded to Explora with DSTV Multichoice this past Monday. Installation went well, but since Monday DSTV has been incapable of connecting my extraview. One issue after the other. Multiple phonecalIs have solved nothing. I do after all pay for this so-called service.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought a pair of Garden Master hedge trimmers / garden shears from Builders Warehouse that turned out to be defective. Has lost the slip for Builders, so contacted the supplier direct via their website.<br> Not only did I receive feedback immediately, but constantly until the issue was resolved. A new tool was provided by the company.<br> Very Impressed.<br> Kevan Evans
