What a HUGE disappointment!!!!! 5 weeks ago I purchased a garden master "delux" pulsating sprinkler with a 2 year guarantee from Builders Warehouse. After only 4 weeks the sprinkler stopped pulsating. Thinking this was a one off defective product took it back to builders, got a refund and purchased another one. After only 1 hour of use that sprinkler also stopped pulsating. Will be taking that back today and buying another brand. How can you offer a 2 year guarantee 9n something that does not even work for 2 hours!!!!!

Got your kink free 12mm garden hose from builders a week ago. Did not keep the receipt. The hose lasted a day before it burst. Builders refuse to do the honorable thing without proof of purchase. So now I sit with a R536 piece of rubbish. The hose that I wanted to replace, and have now returned to service is at least 7 years old. Just show how inferior the quality of products is these days. Service in this country will never improve because there is zero accountability. People think a guarantee/warranty or whatever fixes things but they conveniently forget about the cost the paying customer has to incur to replace/exchange a faulty product. Not that any of that helps me because any sort of guarantee is null and void without the little piece of paper that I'm supposed to keep for years. Lesson learned - stay away from garden master and builders

I have 2 x brand new oscillating sprinklers and on the 24th of August 2020 I reported it to Garden Master whereby they asked me for a photo and my address. Since then I have been phoning them but with no joy for any feedback. Please do not buy their products as their aftersale service suck!

<p>Before I continue, I'd like to mention that I had excellent service and feedback from Owen Morgan, Customer Consultant.</p> <p>I bought a pressure sprayer a while back and the main liquid container just started leaking at its base for no reason or fault of mine. It is not an item that is used on a daily basis and is basically still brand new, even though I mentioned that I had it for more than a year. I’ve send a photo of the faulty unit to the consultant as per his request and was really disappointed at the response from Garden Master’s Head Office that the unit is out of guarantee and therefore nothing that they can do (or care). In my opinion, the only reason why a plastic container will just start leaking without reason is due to a manufacturing fault. I am really disappointed with Garden Master’s Customer Care attitude.</p> <p> </p>

Bought a pair of Garden Master hedge trimmers / garden shears from Builders Warehouse that turned out to be defective. Has lost the slip for Builders, so contacted the supplier direct via their website.<br> Not only did I receive feedback immediately, but constantly until the issue was resolved. A new tool was provided by the company.<br> Very Impressed.<br> Kevan Evans

Had a 9 pattern trigger sprayer , bought from Makro Silverlakes in October 2014. It developed a pinhole crack in the plastic housing causing a jet of water to the back and onto the user. Manufacturing defect.<br> Called them on Sat 24 Jan 2015. They called me back the same day and arranged a new sprayer which was couriered to me on Tuesday 27 January 2015. Fast efficient and fantastic after sales service. Thank you Garden Master. I will buy your products any time.Your warranty promise is true and your service exellent.
