I've cancelled my contract but Telkom keep on billing me. It is impossible to reason with the service desk agents. They want proof and dates on when exactly did I contact Telkom. Absolutely pathetic. Now they've threatened me with hand over and blacklisting because I "owe" them R210-00
For the last 40 days I am trying to cancel my Telkom month to month subscription. NEITHER the Internet or mobile app option to cancel a contract is working. I've stayed on the line for 90 min to get someone from the service desk to assist me and then the lady just said she cannot assist me and put me back in the queue. I really do not understand why Telkom is such a TERRIBLE Service Provider. Without customers they will not have any business but they just do not care.
I do not even want to waste my time to describe how unbelievable terrible Vodacom none existing service is. Talking to a robot that can not assist me :( It is law now that my data should not disappear but every month it gets stolen by Vodacom. I really do not have words to describe my disgust !!!
TB220583 Really terrible customer care service. I bought 5 KG of Bio Classic Washing Powder which is unusable, solid hard. I tried to loosen it with a knife but no luck. I went to the website and reported the issue. I've contacted them several times via email and even phoned. Now they need to fetch the product and first weigh it to see how much I used. REALLY. Also no response from their courier service. Very disappointing service from such a big company :(
<p>Before I continue, I'd like to mention that I had excellent service and feedback from Owen Morgan, Customer Consultant.</p> <p>I bought a pressure sprayer a while back and the main liquid container just started leaking at its base for no reason or fault of mine. It is not an item that is used on a daily basis and is basically still brand new, even though I mentioned that I had it for more than a year. I’ve send a photo of the faulty unit to the consultant as per his request and was really disappointed at the response from Garden Master’s Head Office that the unit is out of guarantee and therefore nothing that they can do (or care). In my opinion, the only reason why a plastic container will just start leaking without reason is due to a manufacturing fault. I am really disappointed with Garden Master’s Customer Care attitude.</p> <p> </p>

My sisters reported their the line out of order on 09/12/2015. Since then the call has been assigned to four different technicians BUT nothing was done. My sister suffers from Epilepsy and is dependant on the phone to be operational, and I stated it several times when I called the Call Center, but still no response. If something happens to my sister, I will personally hold Telkom responsible. Very TERRIBLE, BAD service.
I've made the worst mistake of my life when I asked a friend to deposit money into my Paypal account that is managed by FNB South Africa. After several unsuccessful attempts due to very poor instructions, I managed to link my Nedbank account to PayPal. After 24 hours the account was verified. I tried to withdraw the funds to my account but all I got was errors and no withdrawal. I then decided to remove my Nedbank account and add my Absa account. What a disaster! All I got was a message next to account (Verification pending) I called FNB PayPal call centre spoke to a gentleman, then a lady and was promised email responses. NEVER received the emails .I then changed back to my Nedbank account. (Verification pending)!!!!! for 4 days now. I phoned the call centre again, listened to the same stupid tape message, third consultant. She explained that they need a bank statement to verify my account. I am on leave, got statements from both ABSA and Nedbank via Internet and forwarded it to her. Apparently that is not good enough. I am leave and not close to a bank so NO HELP.I have money in my PayPal account, cannot withdraw it, and no help from FNB. Worst, worst bank and support ever !!!!
