Most pathetic service I've ever experienced. My husband has been stuck at their factory for almost 3 hours waiting for an order that was suppose to be ready at 12:30. Rediculous
After placing an order last Friday, we were told that they will not be able to deliver because they are fully booked due to the end of the year. They told us we could collect on Monday, today 10.12.2018 after 10am. We phoned to make sure seeing that we had to hire a trailer to collect ourselves. They said that our order would be ready at 12:30. When we arrived at 12:30 everybody was on lunch, so we had to wait for an hour. Once somebody eventually came to assist, we found out that our order hadn't even been done yet. We had to wait for another hour. This place has got pathetic service. I know it is the end of the year, but there are people who are had up for work. Then you get places like this that don't want to assist. Pathetic
Last week Monday our Neighbours tree fell into our yard breaking our telephone line. We reported it immediately. We received an sms the next day that the repair has been sent to the technician team. We still haven't heard anything. My husband has his own business and sometimes works from home. He needs the ADSL to do this. At the moment there is nothing and it is beginning to be a massive problem. We have been batteling with Telkom since February this year. First they sold us a deal that was great and a few months later to find out that they price they gave us was not true and was infact much more expensive. They apologised and said they would fix the mistake and get back to us. We waited for months for an account settlement. 3 weeks ago my husband went to Telkom at Kolonade Retail Park and a gentlemen there sold him this great deal on a business package. We had to pay an additional R700 because it was for a business. Last week they phoned and told us that the package that we want does not apply for a business. Does your staff not know what is going on in the company. Selling things that do not exist. We said that we still wanted the deal but we want our R700 back ofcoarse. That was last week wednesday and we still haven't heard anything. We have been batteling with Telkom for months now and I can't understand why the service is soooooo bad. We feel like canceling everything and starting over but I'm afraid if we do that it might cause even more headaches
This might be something pretty stupid to complain about but I feel that this should be noted by McDonald's head office. For the last 5 times in a row we have experienced ridiculous service from McDonald's Kolonnade Centre. We are quite huge fans of McDonald's ice cream. Not only does it taste good but it is the best. Quite a number of times now, the machines have been or out of order, or broken or not working properly. They can't tell you this when you order, after standing in the cue for ages, they would tell you at the pay window. Can't they put up a sign or at least tell you when you want to order. Another thing is the slow service, waiting 15 minutes for 5 junior cheese burgers is crazy and then lastly the beggars in the drive through cue. This puts McDonald's in a bad light. We have told the managers about this but nothing is ever done. After being a McDonald's client for YEARS I'm sorry to say that I will be taking my love for ice cream somewhere else
It has been almost 3 months since we started this process with Telkom asking them to PLEASE have a look at our account and fix the faults that were made. The last response I got from them was on the 24th of April saying that our problem has been logged to the credit managment and I would receive a response within 7-10 days. Still no response. We just received another bill with such a high amount that my husband and I just can't afford it.<br> A decision needs to be made ASAP so that we can decide to stay with Telkom or to seek service somewhere else. I reported a fault with our account 3 weeks ago. Emails have been sent almost every second day and still no reply. I received feedback 3 weeks ago with a ref nr: SM100245 and they said that they were addressing the matter but still nothing. PLEASE could this be resolved. <br>
To whom it may concern<br> My husband and I have been batteling with Telkom for more than a month now. After complaining about Telkom service on Hellopeter I got a response hense this is why I'm doing it again. We received an account from Telkom that was NOT what was agreed apon and after having a telephone conversation with them they said that they would look at the matter. This was 3 weeks ago. Numerous emails have been sent and still no feedback has been supplied. We want to pay our account but refuse to pay the high amount that was expected. We tried phoning telkom and we keep getting a message saying Telkom is on strike and we should phone back at a later stage. PLEASE could someone assist with this matter. We are just affraid if nothing is done and Telkom decides to send us another account that is higher, then we will battle even more. If this is not settle within the next week then we will cancel our account and get better service somewhere else
