This company has an utter disregard for their clients and they have no proper means to contact them.We have unable to purchase prepaid electricity vouchers online on banking apps and at physical brick and mortar outlets and this has been going on since Friday the 10 October 2025 until today 14 October 2025 this company remais unreachable on their listed contacts...

I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent rejection of my insurance claim, as communicated to me via telephone on [16 May 2023 at 11:58 am]. Despite your representative's assurance that a written response would be provided, I have not received any written communication within the stipulated response time of two days. I believe it is imperative to have a documented response in order to fully understand the reasons for the claim denial and to assess the validity of your decision. Since the 21July 2020 and my initial post below. I have not heard from Telkom regarding the below. I once again submitted an upgrade request online on Telkoms Upgrades section to which I have been referred numerous times on online chats by their agents However I am being made to believe and told what I am seeing online does not exist. As per the CPA section 29 this is "False Advertizing". I spoke to an agent named Ms Sandika on the 23/07/2020 time 10:00am I told her about my whole upgrade saga she said she will call me back still waiting. On 24/07/2020 I spoke to Another agent Odette Hean 14:57pm repeated myself once more still waiting on a return call. Isnt this just a travesty of the integrity we believe these corporates have and that their customers come first? Samsung Galaxy S20 & Galaxy Buds plus on FreeMe 3gb.for R899 pm x24. On 27 June 2020 I submitted an upgrade request for this package which is only availbe if you upgrade before 30 June 2020 and which has subsequently been extended until 31 July 2020. On the 27th June 2020 I got a message that an agent will be in contact with me shortly, on 30 June 2020 I submitted another request for this deal to which I recieved the same automated response that an agent will contact me soon to which I waited. So this whole time I got no response on my applications so i logged another upgrade request on the above-mentioned deal on the 13th July 2020 for ref #34422474 to which I still got no response. Today on the 21st of July I decided to call 10213 and after waiting on the line for an hour I was greeted by a gentlemen named Bongani that told me unfortunately I am not the only person requesting this deal and I was told this advert for te above deal that I recieved via email and on Telkoms upgrade page was a mistake and there is no such a deal including the Galaxy Buds also if it was it would have been limited to a select number of people. So no where on the upgrade email nor on Telkoms upgrade page on its website does it state this. So I would like someone to contact me on my work line 010 234 7908 between 07:30 & 15:00 or preferably on my email vassiae111@gmail.com for clarity sake. As none of the various other communication channels has been conducive. I just want that which is being advertised.
