I sent an email on the 5th Dec (reference number 903185) stating the the shoes i bought and worn approximately 4 times had broke and request a replacement, I heard nothing. I emailed again on the 8th December, 11th December and 12th December (with a new reference number of 916458) and still heard nothing. I have been shopping with spree since April 2015 and since black friday 2017, i find the service shocking to say the least. Orders being cancelled even though payment has gone through on my card and now the simple response as to replacing my shoes. Spree if you're under new management or whatever the excuse, I will have to move my order to another vendor if i dont get some kind of explanation :(
It took almost 4 months to get a part in stock and fitted via Liptronics in Parow. With absolutely no feed back, I had to initiate calls for follow ups, and then 2 months down the row my machine breaks. So i email and email again, by now its a months wait for a response only to get told i have to repay for a call out fee as it falls out of the warranty period. SO i speak to the owner to tell him his company has ****py customer service and basically says i am shocking customer as i need to follow up????? ****** chee**** Will never ever make use of this ****ty company again.
A trip to M-Kem on the 18th of July with a friend for an HIV test only to be told that the test costs R1650 and tests get sent away to the lab. Now firstly, I doubt this process gets done in townships for tests, secondly as far as I am aware, being a discovery member myself, these are done at any clicks and most other pharmacies / clinics for a mere R35 or paid for by medical aid schemes - and its instant results. PURE BROAD DAYLIGHT ROBBERY M-KEM. SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING. WHY extort the hard working citizen.
